Needed to replace our furnace & Air Conditioner. The team of Ryan & Jon was courteous, worked hard and were very efficient. The installation went smoothly and on time. Our thanks to Maureen and the team for their great work from sales to installation. This was a real positive experience.

We required a tech to come in since we had not hot water running in our home. Someone came within half an hour and fixed the problem right away. Thanks John #2546!!

Wes & Joey were both very polite and professional. They made every effort not to disturb us while we were at home during the removal and install. They cleaned up there work area and made sure that they made no mess through the traveled area of house. After the installation was complete they walked me through how the system works and made every effort to make sure i clearly understood the system. Definitely the right guys for the job. Other companies could only wish they could provide this level of service. Well done!

Daryl & AJ arrived early within the appointment slot, were curteous, friendly and helpful. They replaced my water heater in less time than they estimated -- cleaned up after themselves and checked that everything was working before leaving -- could not have asked for more re: this service call so no reason to give less than full rating

Adam came to my place on time and did a fantastic job on my furnace. He checked everything and replace what need to be replaced. He also told me to install air vent for air circulation. Also, Adam is very helpful when I asked his help for my warning tag. He checked if everything is up to code and told me that everything is fine and I don't need to worry about the tag and he will take care of it.Again Thanks Adam

we got new tank installed and after three days it start leaking reliance send their tech to fix. Gurmeet came on time and was very professional. he looked over and didn't leave till he found the problem and then he found that installer who came to install the didn't do it properly he fixed the problem we are very satisfied the way he deal the problem

Technician Asif I.D. 1464, was extremely professional, courteous, did his job very well, would recommend his services to anyone, recommended a water heater replacement, made all the necessary phone calls to make it possible, very painless process due to the technician being so efficient, went above and beyond, keep up the good work reliance home comfort, you have very professional technicians, will be a customer for life.

Sales rep Darius Chichgur was very knowledgeable about the products Reliance Home Comfort supplies. He worked out a fair price that I was happy with, Darius also made himself available before and after the installation. The installers John and Dillan arrived at the time scheduled and were helpful with any questions that I had. They completed the instillation cleaned up instructed me on the operation of the equipment and were gone by 6 pm. All in all I was very satisfied with everything, and would recommend Darius, John and Dillon to anyone requiring their services.
