I had problem with warm/cold rental water heater and problem was solve by very nice person Gurmit. He was very polait and helpful. He explain me the function of my equipment and maintain. Thank you very much Barbara

Ian Employee # 0217 called 1/2 hour before he showed up. Fixed my furnace, was very neat, polite, and a very good worker . I was very happy with his service today

Mathew called to say he was five minutes away to come look at why our hot water wasn't working and within two hours he had replaced our hot water tank with a new one. Great customer service that was friendly, courteous and a great job! I would highly recommend Reliance especially if all service men were as good as Mathew!

Mario Cirelli, RC52575 a Reliance Comfort technician did a wonderful job servicing our furnace Apr. 3/14. A part needed to be ordered and he went the extra mile to accommodate us by being on top of things and making sure we are looked after ASAP. derek called half hour before coming to do annual service on my furnace. he knew what has to be done. he was helpful and courteous. he even waited for me to get furnace filter and showed me how to change it. i am happy with his service and recommend him. thank you

Water would shut off quite frequently, called for service. Gurmeet was quite prompt and getting here on time at 7pm, was quite quick and efficient with the time. We discussed what was wrong with the heater, what to look for and what he will do to fix the problem we had. IT was a wonderful experience and ii highly recommend him for future service calls.

The Service tech (Andy) did a great job. He was fast, courteous, and left no mess behind. I called reliance at 3:00pm and had a new water heater by 6:00 pm the same day. Great service overall!

Thank you Asif for repairing my Mum's furnace. The house is much warmer. The work was completed in a timely manner. I very much appreciated the time and patience Asif had with my Mum in explaining all options that were available to her. We will definitely consider Reliance when purchasing a new furnace. Thank you.
