    AC maintenance

    Atheer is very knowledgeable. Explained the issue in detail and was able to resolve it immediately. Excellent service.

    Purchased New AC Unit

    First time to deal with Reliance and I am very satisfied in all areas. From the salesman Daniel down to their technicians. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional in informing us the benefits of a new AC unit. I was convinced right away to purchase a new unit because he gave me a lot options and a good price. The next day he scheduled for installation of the new AC unit. Husnan & Fatih, the technicians worked almost whole day to install the AC. They encountered lots of challenges in installing/removing the old unit but despite having to work overtime they still have smile on their face and worked professionally. They did not rush the work and ensured that proper installation was done. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and were very respectful. After installing the AC, the supervisor Shadman came for inspection to make sure everything went smoothly. In the end, he encouraged us to call him if we encounter any problem in the future. Very satisfied with the Reliance team and I recommend their work to everyone.

    Cut copper connection to adapt to new dishwasher

    I called at 11 am and was lucky enough to have Christopher at my door at 12.30. Same day. He called before coming. He explained everything to me that he was going to do. He was extremely efficient, professional and clean. I would highly recommend him to all my senior friends. #112839

    Very happy with the service call

    It was a little difficult to hear the woman on the call to make the appointment - that's only reason for only 4 stars. The service person, Will, was great. We got a 15 minute call ahead and he was there on time. He figured out our issue very quickly and thoroughly checked his work. He explained everything he did very clearly and it was very helpful. We were so grateful he could come out early on a hot Sunday when we really needed our AC!

    Great Experience

    I was really impressed with the Sales Engineer that gave me our quote to the Installation Techs that did the job. Very professional and informative. I felt very comfortable with the level of attention and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance.

    Thorough and knowledgeable

    I called Reliance on Friday and booked a maintenance appointment for Sunday. They called me Saturday afternoon to offer me a cancellation spot that afternoon. I accepted. Peter arrived On time and was very efficient. Not only did he identify an issue with the compressor but he thoroughly reviewed the situation with me and provided options. He also answered my questions about the settings on my thermostat and I LEARNED ALOT which will help me use better settings and be more efficient. I really appreciated the great service from Peter. Thank you again Reliance and Peter!

    STAE AWAY from them there serves is horrible.

    Ok so I have been a customer for over 10 years. Never had any issues with my equipment aside rent a hot water tank and furnace. I recently bought a new house and kept my old home to rent out to a family member that was in need. Before moving out I had Reliance come do a inspection of the units every thing as I was told was ok. On the 3erd month my tenant was forced to call Reliance as thehot water tank was leaking. Reliance sent out there service company to fix the problem. The tech came in and tagged out not just the hot water tank but the furnace as well and then just left with out saying why. I then spent 2 weeks just trying to figure why this had happened. Multiple calls were placed on the mater just to end up speaking with multiple people who most of could not speak proper English or did not understand the English language. They would send techs to the house with out gi ing proper instructions to what had to be done forcing the tech to leave and yet again leaving me to call Reliance again to rebook another appointment and once more have to fight with someone on the other end of a phone that does not understand there job. Once we finally got the new hot water tank installed it was time to work on the furnace and have it relocated why they could not do it at the same time as the hot water tank is beyond me. Finally I was able to find someone in the company that was going to help get the furnace working once more but now all of a sudden they require a credit check after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. Turns out my credit dropped because I just bought a new house as it does for everyone making a larg purchase as such. Reliance then tells me because my credit score dropped they could not rent me a new furnace and I could pay 125.00 to have it removed or leave it there for free. What do I want with a broken furnace that does not work really. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years this is not the way to treat your customers especially a customer that would pay for the entire yearly retail fee in one lump sum so. I get my score dropped due to buying a new home. But at the end of the day I always paid the bill. I recommend finding another rental company out there to due business with as this company is a joke. Now I have to fight with them to arrange to have the furnace removed and will more then likely be multiple calls to get this accomplished. I paid over $9000.00 in the last 10 years for there serves just to find out that the furnace would have only cost me 1500.00 to buy new my self. STAY AWAY FROM THEM save your self the hassle.
