Ringo Lau made the best of a difficult situation in removing our hot water tank from a very tight space. He did the job that should have been a two person job all by himself.

I called Reliance to inform them that our water heater was not working. They gave us an evening appointment time, but after describing how cold it was in the house and how cold the water was, they were more than kind to send someone in the afternoon. Very happy to work with a flexible and understanding service provider.

I called Norman Wong from Reliance and he met with us the same day to assess our needs. We feel that the equipment and payment plan are an excellent solution for our situation. We are quite pleased with the installation and that Norman called afterwards to make certain everything had gone as planned. We will not hesitate to recommend Norman and Reliance to others.

My furnace started making a really loud noise at 10 pm last night. I called Reliance at about 10:30pm and scheduled a service call between the times of 7-11am today. The technician called beforehand and then arrived around 7:30. He wore booties over his boots, which I appreciated. He said it was the ventor motor. He had to go back to London to get the part. The weather suddenly got extremely bad. He was able to get back to our house, but he said it had been tough going. He fixed the furnace within 45 mins. I truly appreciate his prompt service, due to the fact the furnace had been out all night and it was getting quite cold in the house. I also appreciate that he continued to my house in a storm to fix my furnace. Excellent service Ed #8255.

I called Reliance Home Comfort two days ago, and was scheduled in for the next day. Joe Green, our service technician, showed up on time, repairing our water heater on the spot. Needless to say, we are all happy to have hot water back. Thanks for the professional and timely service. Keep up the good work Joe.

At the end of December, our furnace began making a strange noise. Thinking that we had purchased our air conditioner from them, I called Reliance Home Comfort. Turns out, we got our A/C from Reliable Home Comfort. Calling Reliance was a huge mistake. Our technician came out the next day and diagnosed a faulty blower motor. He ordered a new part and said it would be there within a few days. When the day came that the part was supposed to arrive, we called them and they said it wasn't available yet. Same thing the next day. Unfortunately, the next day (Friday), the furnace died entirely. I was promised that the furnace would be fixed on Monday, and we settled in for the weekend. Monday morning, the same (very good) technician came out, surprised that it had taken that long to get the part. Unfortunately, he found that the bracket that holds the motor had been destroyed when the motor died. He ordered the new part, and said it would be sent to the house, and there the next morning. End of day Tuesday, I finally called them, having heard nothing. They said 'maybe tomorrow'. I called again the next day (since they stopped updating me entirely), waited on hold for an hour, and was told that a technician would be there within the hour -- good thing my husband works from home, or else I probably would never have gotten heat back. The technician finally fixed my heat after 8 days. He double charged us for the diagnostic fee, which I then had to have refunded. The funniest thing about the entire situation is that 7 days after the heat was fixed, we received the part that was supposed to be sent to our house. I emailed the customer support person, who arranged to have it picked up -- and the technician who came to get it was told that he'd be fixing our heat. The entire situation was a disaster. I give them a 1 only because the technicians were good, but the company could not manage to communicate things correctly if their lives depended on it.

Jonathan Cain was our representative today, he was prompt and very pleasant. He explained everything he was going to do and the reasons why. He completed the call in a timely manner! We hope that if we needed any service again that he would be called upon for us! Thank you

Our furnace was emitting CO and had to be replaced. Of course it was minus 37 out and we needed a new one quickly. Reliance had our furnace installed withing 48 hours of the breakdown. Everyone went out of their way to help us including the sales team (Cindy), the manager (Ryan), the call centre and the installation crew. Thanks Reliance for keeping my family warm this winter. Have to also say that they do a great job following up with questions. Really appreciated.

our 24 yr old water heater has been extremely faulty for the past 3 days. Reliance came in same day of call and replaced it AND took old one away. Exceptional service from Daryl #2109 who was polite, efficient and timely.

This is the fisrt time I called for service with Reliance, because of a water leak. The technician came much earlier than I was told, just what I wanted. He fix the problem in just few minutes and the hot water is just back in time.Thank you Othmane (Otto).
