we had a new furnace, air conditioner, and a new water tank put in just about 2 years ago. my husband noticed a leak in the copper pipping,, called reliance to let them know of t he situation, had a kid come out, he was very disrespectful, and rude to say the least, told us they will be a charge for this, the copper is wearing out, the leak is in the elbow, they people that put in every thing , should be accountable for this and we should not be charged, called to complain, did not get any where, the manager did not even know his bosses proper name , gave us the wrong name ,so i called reliance to make a complaint, husband talked to a lady and said i see what i can do and i will call back, no phone call yet, when someone will help and do not do there job this is sad, they want to charge us to do the job, unbelievable, people , do not do there job like they promise, do not know who to call, to get this resolved, it is pathetic, it is the principal of the situation , not the charge, they will not budge , they just want money, it is okay to fork out, but when u have a problem no one gives a and no help. hate when people do not give from there side , only think about themselves. need answer, who can help.

We have had an on going problem and finally Gurmeet went out of his way to pickup and install the proper parts. He was courteous and explained the problem to my wife and me. Finally, problem solved !

We noticed yesterday we didnt have any hot water, we called reliance and they sent us Wes. He came within 24 hours, and it only took about 10 minutes to fix.

We had a problem with water tank - not heating, called the office, the technical support was in next day and tank was fixed in 20 min. All explained during work - what is happening at all time of work. Thank you - Wesley Lloyd was the tech today. Inna

I call in service when I notice my hot water tank do not have hot water, call Reliance and the response was quick and Wes came within the agreed hours. He explained the issue and quickly fix the issue.

Mehul Patel (Badge#2469)from Reliance truly did an outstanding job in taking ownership and resolving the concerns I had with my water heater tank. His respectful attitude, deep technical knowledge was instrumental in helping resolve the concerns I had with the water heater tank. Mehul was also able to provide me on some insight into the water mixing valve and institution of the mew government policy which is why I see a fundamental difference in tanks from my older houses to the new one. I would highly recommend working with Reliance in large part due to the quality of service I received from the advisor(Mehul) that came to my property for the service call.

The sales rep (Jesse) was honest about pricing, very knowledgable and gave us confidence we were dealing with a good company. Installers (Josh and Alex) were very polite, professional and answered all our questions. The new equipment is performing exactly as it should. Highly recommended. my furnace broke down, and so i called saleem malik id 2467 and he referred me to get reliance home comfort service to come by and give me an estimate on my furnace. i am very satistied with the whole experience and my furnace was fixed.

Gurmeet arrived on time and checked the issue with the water tank. The biggest worry for us was to cut the ceiling drywall for the technician to access the existing vents and replace with the new building code vents. He took his time and managed to replace the vents without cutting or damaging the drywalls. After he finished his work he clean up the area nicely and explained the features of the new water tank. I would definitely recommend Gurmeet's service to my friends.
