I was looking at new furnace as my old one is about to dead and made at least one time failure per every winter. I got quotes from a few companies, and Tommy was sone of them. I picked Tommy's recommendation even this is not cheapest one since his product is durable, high efficient one and his explanation was honest. Another two guy who replace our old furnace with new one did a good job too. Now I'm very happy since I feel my home is much warmer (even same temperature set up) and stronger blow from bent. I met with Darius Chichgur on Feb 5, 2014 and got a quote after a very professional needs assessment. Installation was professionally completed on Feb 9, 2014 by Harry and his partner. I am very satisfied with the service provided so far and would recommend this team to anyone requiring these services.

We had issues with our hot water tank & furnace - Tom G. called prior to arriving. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He kept us up to date about the furance we had which is no longer accepted by code and was able to get it fixed within the second day. He kept us informed and his timely fashion of getting the job done right was by far great customer service. He is no doubt a superb advisor, it's staff like that which makes Reliance Home Comfort a great supplier to rely on.

After contacting Reliance this afternoon to request service on our rental water tank due to a lack of hot water we were told a service man would arrive between 4 and 8 pm. Our problem was fixed promptly during that time by a highly professional and competent serviceman .Unfortunately we do not have his name but we wish to thank him for his excellent service.

Called reliance for no hot water.gurmeet came in the evening and he was very thorough in diagnostic. He found the problem and have the part required. He was very patience and professional. He introduce us will plan which cover the furnace and a/c. I am satisfied with the service. We'll done gurmeet.

we didn't have hot water since yesterday. Called reliance and their technician came to fix. Gurmeet was very quick in finding the problem and have the part with him. He was very patience in answering all our questions and work very professionally. He changed the part and also advice us regarding our old furnace and helped arrange a person who can give us better advise in our new furnace install. I am happy to have Gurmeet service our water tank.

We have been Reliance customers for the past five years. Service requests; information; and call-backs have improved with call center now local. Sales(Jayson Newton), installers and service people are first rate. Noticeable feature; Reliance staff NEVER patronize folks like us; unfamiliar with furnace upkeep; water heater temperature adjustments; economical A/C operation, and especially explaining billing changes etc.

Allen B. was my technician and he was great. The ignition module in my hot water boiler wasn't working and Allen didn't have the part available in his van but he was able to get another technician to get one for him. Allen had the part installed in 10 min. flat! He was kind, efficient and helpful. Thanks, Allen.
