My water tank was leaking and I had Mohammed come out and advise it had to be replaced. He kept me informed of when he should be arriving. He came out to replace and was very polite and helpful with moving heavy items out of the hall in able to get the tank downstairs. He did a great job and kept me informed of everything that needed to be done, and that there would be a cost associated and who to contact about waiving it, as I was not in agreement. The company waived the cost of venting replacement and Mohammed came back to install the new tank. I was impressed with his customer service he is a great asset to your service team.

I had a Sunday appointment at 8 am for my hot water tank - John #1485 called prior to arriving as requested. He was very professional and friendly and was quick to realize that I was needing a new tank. He also noted and changed my venting pipe which was no longer up to code. He kept me informed of what he was doing and had everything changed over and running in no time with no mess. An excellent representative of this company!

We needed service on our water tank in December and Chris Shaw was sent to help. Chris arrived on time and was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. The repair was done quickly and properly. Chris is a wonderful Advisor for Reliance. We have had him out twice since for tank replacement questions and he has been great, he has answered all of our questions and has offered suggestions based on his experience. We plan to replace our water tank and overall Reliance has been very easy to deal with. We are in need of a maintenance contract on our furnace and we plan to purchase one with Reliance because of the great service that we have received from Chris.

We just switched to Reliance for hot water tank rental services. The technician (Ringo Lau, ID 2466) installed the tank in our place today. He is a very professional and nice guy, and explains us everything we want to know with patience. We are looking forward to better services provided by Reliance than many other companies.

We had our furnace break down and put a call in to reliance. They sent out a contractor the next day who did NOTHING! He gave some bull excuse that it was my filter causing the problem and to get a less dense one well I did and as soon as I put it in we were without heat again. So put another call in and finally they sent out someone for reliance (Wally 0480) and he was VERY VERY thorough he looked over ever possible cause and made sure everything was working before he left. These contractors only care to get to the next house and get paid this issue could have been a serious problem I have young kids and an elderly person and because they sent out someone who didn't care we were without heat for a second night in the middle of a VERY cold winter. Also it could have cause a more major issue in relation to carbon monoxide leaking. Just sickens me that we pay for protection but really have none. I want to thank and commend Wally -0480 he was AMAZING and I appreciate all the advice he gave me and the time he took to make sure my family want safe. I would give him 5 stars! You are getting a low rating because I went two days with no heat because you sent me a horrible contractor GET RID OF THE CONTRACTORS!

No more contractors!!! Every bad experience has been with reliance sending out a contractor! I will not allow a contractor to come back to do repairs or maintance! One reliance employer in particular has always been very reliable and able to do the job needed while being extremely helpful!

I had decided to replace our 36 year old 30 - 40% efficient furnace and our aging air conditioning system. This can be a daunting experience for anyone given the complexity of the new, high efficiency systems and the numerous variations and options. I contacted Reliance Home Comfort and requested an in home evaluation. A few days later I was contacted by Darius and we set up a meeting at my home. Darius quickly determined the type and size of equipment that would meet our needs and proceeded to explain the various options. He was very knowledgeable with respect to the products offered and I was impressed with the fact that he was never "pushy" and that he respected my decision to take or decline options. After a few days of comparing systems offered by other contractors, we decided that we would go with Reliance. The warm, friendly and relaxing demeanor that Darius exhibited was a major contributing factor towards our final decision as the price and details of the package that we chose was not too far apart from others. Darius also showed up on the day of installation to make sure that all was going ok. The installation was carried out by Mark and his team. They showed up at 8:00am in the morning, exactly the time that Mark had said when he came the previous day to do a quick review of the work at hand. These guys never stopped working until the job was finished. I am so far pleased with the quality of the work that has been done and that absolutely no clean-up was required by me after they left. I was impressed with how focused Mark was on the work he and his team were carrying out.

We wanted a check up to see how our furnace is working. We have never had any problems, but just wanted to be sure all was OK. The technician Phil Latour was wonderful - very thorough, helpful and informative. We have had check ups before, but never so well done as this. It was very reassuring that all is working well.

We were very impressed with Daryl's hard work this morning - installing a new waterheater for us. It was a bit of a challenge to get the waterheater to where it needed to go, but the job was completed! Thanks Daryl ! (i.d. 2109) We appreciate it!
