MoHammed & Mike provided excellent customer service when we had no hot water. They were here within the same day we called for assistance and were quick on fixing our problem. Both men were friendly and answered all my questions.

I had leakage in hot water tank, I called reliance this morning and technician Gurmeet was here for repair with in 3 hour. He was very quick in finding the problem and fixed very quickly. I am very happy with his service, he also introduced me about maintenance plan and explained very well I signed for combo system. His service was excellent. Thanx

Our furnace was acting up and needed to be replaced. As we had dealt with Reliance on our rental water heater and furnace protection plan decided to ask them to give us a quote on replacing the furnace and A/C Within one week everything had been done from receiving the quote to replacing the furnace( Due to the weather the outside work for the A/C will be done in the spring.) The two Techs who installed the new unit arrive as scheduled and did an excellent job of installing the furnace. Worksite was left clean.They explained the new unit and what remained to be done with the A/C once the weather improves Well done by everyone from Reliance

The repair man (Joe Green) did an excellent job. He knew that the replacement part was not covered on our service plan,so he gave us a good price on the part. He was friendly and walked us through the repair process. He mentioned that if we have any questions about the service to contact him anytime.

Very punctual and professional, took a little longer than expected but they explained why. They answered all my questions and left me confident. Only reason for less than 5 stars is that they had to come back to finish something that was probably expected.

Just had rental water heater serviced due to noise and temp issues. When we called for service they were prepared to come same day but as this was not an emergency for us we requested they accommodate our schedule and they came 2 days later when we were available. Otto, the service tech was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. Also made suggestion to save us costs on gas as heater was set higher than required. Great service provided. Glad we have service agreement.

Water heater has been removed form my property five months ago but reliance still sending me invoice for next three months bills. Very poor customer service and had very bad experiences

10/10 for service provided. It was late i.e. 10pm, but Darius did not rush in his presentation, delivery of information and patience. As promised, he made sure all was OK the following day.

I expected a technician to come to my home to repair my hot water tank. The repair was to be covered by reliance home comfort. The technician, named Don was on time and prepared for the job. He covered his shoes and brought all appropriate tools with him. He quickly helped clear the work area and made the repair in a few minutes. He was polite and helpful and was able to clearly explain what the issue was that precipitated the repair. I'd recommend his company to others.
