Woke up to no heat on in the house have done all the regular handy man stuff, checked vents, filters turned the power off and back on. Then we called reliance because of the service contract we have with them, apparently no heat is not an emergency call... "we can schedule you for tomorrow between 7-11". thanks but no thanks, was hoping for a faster response. I thought when we pay a monthly fee for this "protection" we would get a faster response. Come 8am I am going to cancel this, waste of money... not sure the cost because we are making phone calls to get someone here before my kids freeze.
