excellent service for water heater repair fast and reliable response from Richard P. gave some tips for regular maintence recommendation for protction plan worth renting any problem they take care of it .

Woke up with chilled cold in the morning with not working furnace and called and they gave an appointment to next day morning...then somehow after long conversation I got technician visit at same day afternoon. He found that the ignite burnt and he doesn't have the parts, he went to check for that and called me couldn't find, so he ordered & it'll come by next day...Then next day another technician called Frank came and he had the parts with him and the job is done clean in 5 minutes. I really appreciate that Frank did right job...carrying the parts that generally needs to be replaced. Thanks Frank & Reliance HC

A week ago we purchased and installed a new Goodman furnace/AC from Reliance Home Comfort. We used Reliance Home Comfort over the last number of years for service on our old furnace/AC and we were always impressed. Jessie McLean did an excellent job in representing Reliance Home Comfort. He presented their products, service and various options in a thorough way. Jesse was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Regarding the installation Wolfgang and John were very efficient, friendly, neat and quality minded and did a great job in explaining the operation of the equipment. We would not hesitate to recommend Reliance Home Comfort for their sales, service and products.

Woke up to no heat on in the house have done all the regular handy man stuff, checked vents, filters turned the power off and back on. Then we called reliance because of the service contract we have with them, apparently no heat is not an emergency call... "we can schedule you for tomorrow between 7-11". thanks but no thanks, was hoping for a faster response. I thought when we pay a monthly fee for this "protection" we would get a faster response. Come 8am I am going to cancel this, waste of money... not sure the cost because we are making phone calls to get someone here before my kids freeze.

We don't have water heater for 3 weeks and I called different company to fix and changed our water heater tank but some of them charging us too much money, so I goggle Relieance and with other friends recommendation First I'm glad because they can give you service within 24hrs unlike others you need to beg them and one thing I was too impressed they are on time. I'm so happy for the service I received today I wanna thanks to Mr. Joe Green the technician who came to our house to change our water tank but instead of changing it he repaired it he just replaced some broken parts, price is also very reasonable and affordable, he is very professional and accommodating he will answer all your questions and explain it very detailed.Mr. Green I salute for your hardwork and dedication to your job. I surely will recommend your service to others. You're very honest with good heart.Thanks again for repairing our water tank and now we had a water heater he just repair it less than a hour. Good luck and keep up your good attitude.

We had Reliance Home Comfort service our Furnace and were happy with the work they did. Andrew (service technician ID#1283 inspected and determined we needed a new furnace. He answered all our questions with knowledge and was concise. Home Comfort Advisor Jeff Parsons came the same day to explain our best options - whether to rent or buy a new furnace. He was very informative, honest, caring and polite.He is the consummate professional. The snow storm didn't delay service persons from installing. We had a new furnace installed, everything has been great so far! They were efficient and professional. Job well done! Very appreciated!

Had a leak with my hot water tank. Mohammed Wasay arrived as scheduled, imeediately assesed the problem and made a recommendation to upgrade to an energy efficient tankless system. Wasay was very helpful , knowledgweable and pleasant. Great service experience!

Called on a Sunday evening to report a malfunctioning water heater (not good when -20C outside). Joe from FlanAir in Newmarket came by Monday afternoon to fix me up - quick and courteous. Great service!

Little bit late,but good servicer. Changing the heater really fast. Wesley Lloyd and Andrew Cheng are doing his jobs very quick and clean. Also they fix all the problems for me!!

Im very happy with the new equipment installed in my house. Now my heating bill will go down and i will save money. i will recommend this to my family and friends. My old tank would constantly break down and become a nuisance to my family and my wallet.
