It was October of this year when I felt the need to turn the furnace on. I had an old furnace, I believe 30 years old when the house was built. I opened the covers and was shocked to see all black inside, as if some fire broke inside or something burnt. It was scary to see something like this. I started consulting people known to me if someone had some knowledge about this. Called a few companies, and came to a conclusion to call Reliance Home Comfort to do an inspection. Rest all, wanted money to inspect which would be adjusted later if the furnace is bought from their company. Reliance was the only company who were doing a free inspection, regardless of buying or not buying. Called the company and booked an appointment for the evening at 6pm. Right at 6, a courteous gentleman named Mr. Rodney Schunker was there at my home. He did an inspection and told me that being the furnace old, the heat exchanger had some crack. I knew, that it was the time to change that old furnace as family comes first. He showed me some furnaces, their prices, their efficiencies and we came to a conclusion to install a Rheem High Efficiency furnace. He dispatched an engineer on the weekend. He did a nice job and I am happy with the after sale service. My house is warm and cozy in this treacherous winter of 2013-2014. Thanks Reliance for all the help.
