Our water heater was leaking so I called Reliance. There was only a half hour between my call and a technician showing up at my door. The technician, Daryl Fowler, replaced the entire heater and was very detailed explaining me what the problem was, which he detected the moment he came in, very professional indeed. He had a smile on his face the entire time. When he left he told me to enjoy my hot shower. This experience I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed a call for service, and within an hour, Daryl #2109 arrived at my door. Within 30 minutes he fixed my hot water tank.. WoW... I'm impressed. Can't ask for a quicker response and excellent quality of service. THanks!

Darius came to give me a quote for the rental of a new furnace and AC unit. He was very easy to deal with and conducted himself in a professional manner. I was very impressed with the service I received.

My technician, Craig A., was very helpful and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot (thankfully it was something small!). He answered all my questions with knowledge and was concise. I wish I could give him more stars because he was THAT awesome. He informed me about the age of my furnace when I asked and let me know there were some promotions going on for new HE furnace with free AC that ended at the end of this month, but also let me know that it wasn't dire for me to replace it now, but that I should keep it in mind in the next few years. We let me know that the work was under warranty and to call if there were any issues. I'm not sure how much this type of would should cost, so I'm going to guess it is typical pricing? I also got a 20% discount because I had signed up for the Home Comfort maintenance package when I had called to make an appointment (the person on the phone also gave me 2 months free! Sorry I forgot their name...). Overall a great experience. Thank you Craig A.!!

Omar (2471) came to fix the tank, even shoveling the backyard snow to clear the exhaust. Fix was quick. Also looked at our furnace and made great recommendations. Highly recommended.

It snowed a lot today and we didnt expect the person to come in but he did and was on time. Gurmeet was able to detect the problem and fix the issue very fast. we are satisfied with his service.

Salesperson from Greenplanet came and changed our reliance tank with theirs. However, we called back reliance and asked to come and change back this tank to reliance tank. I was please on how quick the service person came even in this dangerous winter condition. His name is Gurmeet Singh. He was very kind and generous to change the tank. He removed the old tank and put it in my garage for the convenience of myself having to move the tank. He was very fast with the changing the tank and all the finish work was very neat! I didn't have to do a thing. Very pleased and happy with the service he provided!

The technician Rob did a very good job in my house trouble shooting a noise , when the heating system is being turned on , he minimized the noise . I,m very satisfied Uwe Krumme

Reliance sent John Saliba to our place to investigate a furnace thermostat issue. He is the consummate professional, was very thorough and knowledgeable and communicated very well through the whole investigation. Very happy with the service he provided.

We have a Furnace & AC protection plan with Reliance Comfort paying $16.99/month for our home.. For abt 8 yrs we have had no problem; however, yesterday it broke down. They sent today, Rick, a very seasoned & extremely knowledgeable Technician who has done a remarkable job quickly. We believe this service would have cost $650 for the parts & labour and we did not pay anything because of the plan. Rick has also given us a lot of useful tips on routine checks. Very satisfied and very much recommend this company. However, we wish the Co. does periodical preventive maintenance calls to avoid such breakdowns.
