We had an outstanding experience from beginning to end with Reliance. David came to our home not pressuring us in making a decision and educating us on the benefits of renting the unit. He was very friendly and his level of customer service is second to none. The installers called before they came to let me know they are on their way. They came in and worked quickly and clean, they left the home spotless when they left. I highly recommend Reliance to anyone who is considering replacing their furnace/AC!! TWO THUMBS UP TO RELIANCE!!

Lori from Reliance came round and explained in detail what my options were for a new water heater and I chose the Rennai on demand system. The installer came when they said the would and did a nice neat job with no mess. Highly recommend Lori jaimeson and The reliance contractor Homestead heating.

Gurmeet Singh came to fix my water heater after I reported that it kept shutting off. He took the time to make sure all parts that needed to be replaced were replaced and took the time to make sure he left my water heater in working order. Very satisfied with his work and the speedy service from Reliance.

Joe Green was at our home to replace our hot water tank and piping...he did a great job, explained the new product and was very pleasant and polite, Would definitely recommend him and Reliance

My hot water tank was leaking and I called the company and they right away sent 2 very helpful men called ANDY(EMPLOYEE NO.2312) and DAN (student) to come and replace my hot water tank. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their work and provided a very professional service. Usually I don't think very highly of the service provided by the contractors, but this time I was really surprised with the excellent service I received. In fact I am considering buying a protection plan from reliance based on this experience.

I have no hot water pressure in all house taps. I called reliance and they sent a technician on the same day. Jason Mitruk was very professional and called before coming. He know what the problem was right away and remove old part. He also fix some leaking of gas. I am happy with the serviced from reliance.

Great service. Very quick problem solving. The technician new exactly where to go from the issue I was describing. Next time (if there is one) my furnace shuts down, I hope it's Robert that comes to fix.

The entire service is good and fast but I really concern the quality of the hot water tank because this is the third time I changed the water tank. The problem was leaking from the bottom of the tank and it made my basement flood like disaster. Wes and Giancarlo provided a good service to us. They are friendly and helpful.

David from reliance employee 0091 came to troubleshoot my furnace issue after having a not so effective meeting from another technician a few days earlier. David provided, in my opinion, what I consider a perfect client experience as he was personable, polite, educated, and involved me in the process. It is refreshing to know that there are still people who are passionate about their job and care about doing what is right not what is easy for clients. I want to make sure that he is recognized for his efforts. Before today I was considering canceling my reliance home comfort protection plan as I doubted the service I was receiving. I can easily say that David has restored my faith and allowed reliance to keep my business. Hats of to you David, and I hope that Reliance recognizes your efforts.

Otto Kanouni was a pleasant, knowledgable & very skilled serviceman. Although our service was outside the window of time scheduled, & he wasn't supplied with the correct work order info, Otto was courteous & assured us he would do the best he could for us to get the new unit installed & he did.
