Mr.Ringo Lau the technician from Reliance, employee#2466, has been nothing but the example of professinalism in his competent repair of our hot water boiler. Thank you so much. Response time was very satisfactory and he repaired it quick and was very friendly and professional.

My furnace broke down on Wednesday and the house got extremely cold with outside temperatures around minus 20 celcius. Technician John resolved the problem but diagnosed a potential failure of the motor in the near future. He ordered the part and it was installed 2 days later by Technician Adam. Adam was courteous and efficient. The service was prompt, scheduled to my availability and resolved with minimal inconvenience.

Forced air Heater was not heating the air being pumped through the system. We had a superb Technician that was very knowledgeable, early, honest, friendly and fast. John replaced the circuit with a new one. Ask for John Saliba he is in the Mississauga area!

STEVE-IS A BLESSING AND A SUPERSTAR! I cannot express how happy I am when Steve-the tech (contracted by FLAN AIR FOR RELIANCE) just like superman came to my rescue. First off, I had no hot water and bc of this also no heat! I could not take a comfortable shower as the temperatures kept fluctuating. ...my landlord said there's nothing we can do about it-this is normal-and all we can do is unplug the water tank to restart. Doing this still didn't solve the hot water temp issue. I called Reliance late night and they promised a service tech from FLAN AIR would get in touch with me for an appointment in the morning between 8-9am. In between those hours that's when I got the call. STEVE came to my rescue (very polite ans respectful took off his work boots at front door and replaced with his own indoor house slippers) Steve was prepared he had all the tools necessary. He cleaned out and repositioned flame sensor because it was soo dirty burning carbon. He also educated me as to why and how the water tank system works AND gave me tips to look out for if I ever need to have my water tank serviced again. He placed a sticker with phone # directly on the tank incase I lose the # in thw future. He gave me the peace of mind and assured me that he could be at service by just calling. I was just soooo pleased that everything worked out sooo efficiently and was worried because these days you never know if ure going to get a "real technician" or an untrained and inexperienced unfamiliar and waste of time technician sent over. I don't know about the other technicians but honestly if I ever ran into another problem with my water tank im not so worried because id just call Steve. ..I'm confident if he cant fix it he will definitely steer me in the right direction! After two days of longer than expected installation and rude technicians that put holes in walls and left a mess... the system wasn't working in the morning so we were without hot water or heat.. this was all day... finally Joe G showed up and he was nice and polite and knew what he was doing. Joe got our place heated quickly. Joe saved our experience with Reliance because till then it wasn't looking good for repeat business.

Gurmeet singh is very friendly guy. He attends his customers with good speaking skills. Even i like the way he works. He did an excellent job.i think he is quite experienced in his job.

This was not a straight forward install but the extra effort and care for their workmanship was very obvious and came through in their work. I was very impressed with Rich and Brad. Oh and the person who helped me over the phone had Rich at my house within 3 hours. Great work Rich/Brad. Tech IDs 2470 and 2474.

We had our water heater serviced today by Reliance technician Otto Kanouni. Turns out it was an air flow sensor issue. He was punctual and polite and very informative (and of coarse he fixed our water heater). Much appreciated quality service! Thanks Otto!

We had Norm from Reliance come out to our home after having 2 other companies coming out to repair our 10 yr old system, both companies spewed technical jargon that I didn't understand and the repair was in the thousands, Norm was recommended to me by a friend, and after he carefully showed us all the options, we decided to replace our current furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Our old system was loud, and even in our small condo town home the heat never seemed to get in the den. We are very happy with our system upgrade. The technicians that did the installation did a great job, curtious, clean and professional, and explained exactly what they were doing and why . I highly recommend Reliance to any one looking for this type of service

We had an outstanding experience from beginning to end with Reliance. David came to our home not pressuring us in making a decision and educating us on the benefits of renting the unit. He was very friendly and his level of customer service is second to none. The installers called before they came to let me know they are on their way. They came in and worked quickly and clean, they left the home spotless when they left. I highly recommend Reliance to anyone who is considering replacing their furnace/AC!! TWO THUMBS UP TO RELIANCE!!
