Frank Amirrajab was very helpful in answering questions I had about my service. He performed an annual servicing of my furnace and I was pleased with the service he provided.

I called the technician to come and look a water leak on my water heater. He told me that the leak is coming from my plumbing side. Because he was knowledgeable he was able to fixed that leak and saves me money to call a plumber. Thanks a lot.

Called the toll free number and was told that I Would have to wait more than 24 hrs for service (-25 weather). However tech arrived on time and was professional and friendly. Was able to repair unit in about 15 minutes. The tech was a great ambassador for his company! My only beef is having to wait so long for service after placing the call...they need more weekend staff

I woke up this morning with no hot water. I called reliance and they sent a technician on the same day. Allen Batur (id#2465) was very professional and called before coming. He know what the problem was right away and replaced the gas valve. He also did some test and explained what might had caused the problem. I am happy with the serviced from reliance.

I had a leak, Gurmeet Singh came and fixed it, also took the time to explain what was happening and also advised me of plan for furnace. He was friendly and quick with fixing the leak. Excellent Service.

On Tuesday, January 21, 2014, I required service on my furnace. Mike Z., a service technician for Reliance, was assigned to the call. He worked efficiently and repaired the problem, while explaining the process for repair as he went along. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Mike, your efforts were very appreciated!

after 3 days of very of no heat and no hot water.and the temp was at 56 degrees in the condo .untill reliance sent jason mitruk came and repaired the hot water tank .jason was very polite ,neat,and knew what to do to repair the hot water tank.it was big job for him to do.he did a great job. ahappy ending.thank you jason for a job well done nino and lucy chiste alliston ont

Our water heater cracked this morning, and began to flood our basement, we called Reliance and we had someone at our door within an hour in a snow event. Joey D out of the Burlington branch was a ROCKSTAR professional, highly competent, polite and efficient. What could have been a large insurance claim was avoided. Thanks

My water heater required service (valve leaking) a very well spoken and very helpful person (Gurmeet Singh) Came and repaired it quickly and explained all the process...
