    Tankless Hot Water Heater

    I love my new tankless system! endless hot water and easy to adjust temperature .I am also not worried about a leaking old tank.Thanks to Bill for getting it all set up for us!! Couldn't be happier to be a Reliance customer!!

    Carrier Furnace and the Ai rconditioning Unit

    Tommy Gianitsopulos form your company was here in my home to give me the overview of the new furnace and the A/C (I have already signed the contract). I must say that Tommy did a wonderful and a very professional job that has made me extremely satisfied with Reliance Keep up the good work.

    Service

    Our hot water tank was replaced on Jan 23 by Shawn Pothier of Reliance home comfort. The job was done quickly and professionally. It was nice to have hot water again within a short period of time.

    Water Heater

    We are changing our water heater rental from Direct to Reliance. After a phone call, the very pleasant Reliance rep Tom Gianitsopulos, arrived earlier then scheduled, which was great for my busy day. He took his time explaining all the details and plans. He also made some suggestions on furnaces-we'll need to replace that soon. I'm very impressed with my first interaction with Reliance!

    Service

    I had a basic plan and upgraded to repair and maintenance mainly because Mr.T Gianitsopulos Home comfort advisor explained the benefits. I observed Tom service the furnace in my house with passion and enthusiasm by which I was very comfortable. Good job done by Tom and the trainers in the establishment my best wishes all you guys.     Furnace repair

    I called Reliance for a furnace repair this Morning, a technician was out within three hours. Peter ( RCS 2544) Peter explained the problem to me and promised to be back with the part in the afternoon. Peter was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly answering all my questions and ensuring the furnace was running and the house was heating up before he left. Thank you again Peter.

    Heating System

    We have been a Reliance customer for quite some time. A recent hot water tank issue, from another supplier, prompted a call to Reliance. Their Advisor Jason lent invaluable information and advice. I chose to have the heating system upgraded, including the water heating system which is now a Reliance product. This comment is to acknowledge the customer relation and technical performance of Reliance regarding this recent installation. We were very satisfied with Jason and his role and equally satisfied with the technicians who completed the installation within a working day regardless of the cold outside temperatures on the day of installation. Thank you...well done.

    Furnace and Air Rental

    We've always been happy with the service from Reliance, and the technicians who have come to assist us. Since our Furnace was 18 years old, it was time to replace it. A salesman came over and was very nice and knowledgeable, we decided to go with a rental for furnace and air. Reliance takes the worry out of it, and I feel comfortable doing business with this company. Can't say enough about the technicians and sales people so far, very nice, very professional, don't feel pressured at all.

    Estimate for tankless water heater

    I contacted Reliance Home Comfort, they offered to come out to given an estimate. Norman arrived on time and was very courteous. He provided the estimate and stuck to the original amount as there was some mix up with the paper work. He offered to call back once the job was complete to make sure everything went okay. Thanks!

    Furnace broke down

    My furnace broke down on Jan 21, 2014. The furnace was running but was only forcing cool air through the vents. I called Reliance for service around 6pm but service could not be provided until the following day. Service was arranged for 1-5pm on January 22, 2014. Adam Walker (#6707) called prior to arriving and came at 2:30pm. He was punctual, polite and very helpful while he was here. He even offered to check the outside vent for me (since I am physically disabled), to ensure that it was not blocked. I appreciated this extra courtesy very much. Adam was able to identify the problems (sensory needed cleaning & part came loose on control board) and fix them efficiently, so that the furnace is now working properly. I did not have to pay as I had a "Comfort Protection Plan" but did have to sign that the work had been done. I was pleased with Adam's work, his respect for my property, and his positive attitude.
