Chris Shaw was polite and friendly. He arrived on time and finished the repair quickly. We discussed the home care protection plan for my old furnace and I decided to enrol. I was very impressed that he did not exert any sales pressure but instead advised me of my options and gave me some time to think it over while he worked on my water heater. I would definitely recommend Reliance, and specifically Chris Shaw as a Trusted Advisor for all thing Reliance-related to anyone I know. It is always a pleasure to encounter friendly and courteous service professionals such as him.

I had the pleasure of having Jayson Newton over to give me a quote and evaluate my current equipment. Jayson was on time, polite and not pushy. I thought that getting into a new furnace would be a bit over whelming but was pleased with how simple Jayson made it out to be. Im now confident with decisions forward that I will be in good hands with Reliance.

Wolfgang and John appeared at 8 am - old furnace out by 9 - wrapped up before 1:30 pm - laid down runner and took advantage of a very open furnace room to professionally speed through - exceeded expectations - Great job! House now an even temp. Would recommend them to all.

I would like to commend the diligence shown by Michael our Home Comfort Advisor. He did a through review of our needs and patiently worked on checking for equipment that was needed without at any time being pushy or difficult. Hats off.

I called Reliance on Monday due to a problem with our hot water being inconsistent. Jason Mitruk came on Tuesday. He looked at it knew exactly what was wrong, he replaced the part, explained the issue and was very friendly.

I'm on the comfort plan,John the service tec. was great...assessed the situation,made the call,replaced the parts....furnace works great now...I recommend the comfort plan to all!!!.....the $15 a month is well worth it.

My water heater broke down and we weren't able to get hot water. Reliance sent over a repair guy the very next day and overall I am quite satisfied. Chris did a wonderful job and was professional , friendly and explained what repairs he had done to the water heater.

Called Reliance service at 1pm. was told they would come between 1 & 5 pm. They got here at 4pm. The service man did not have the defective piece on hand to change. Had to order. Was told the part would be delivered to me today but not sure what time. I was to call the servixe dept when I received it and they would send the service guy back. Was told depending on the arrival of this piece, the furnace would be fiexd tonight or tomorrow the latest. I told the guy I couldn't go all night with no heat. He left went and picked up the piece at another location, came back and installed it. I was very appreciative of his dedication to service this customer. I moved into a new house as a first time home owner and realized my hot water didn't work. I called Reliance, Joe Green came and he fixed it in a few minutes, changed the valve, etc. and also provided me meaningful advice on how to take good care of all my appliances. Thanks Joe!
