Coldest day of the winter yet and against all odds my furnace stopped working with no heating at home. With 2 young kids, I was stressing out and made a call to Reliance Home Comfort. Darius Chichgur came home as an Angel in disguise to help me, and was very articulate in him recommendations. I never felt as being sold but was more like a gentleman agreement followed by a needs assessment. I would like to thank Reliance and Darius in particular for the great support. Highly recommend Reliance for all of your home comfort needs.

I called because I was having problems with my furnace, and Reliance had someone come look at it that same day. Adam S. arrived during the time frame I was given, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and informative about the issues I was having with my furnace. I like that Reliance has repair schedules for the evening which is when most people can actually be home to let the repair technician in; much more convenient!

I went to my basement and noticed a leak from the side of the water tank. I immediately called Reliance and spoke to a customer service representative who was very helpful. She booked a service call for the very next day, flexible with my schedule, and, in the meantime, told me what to do to control the leak. Saleem from Reliance, (employee #2467), came next day at the scheduled time and was extremely helpful and professional. He knew exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. Within half an hour he was done and the problem of leaking water was resolved. Kudos to Reliance for having such exceptional and professional employees! I would not hesitate to recommend Reliance Home Comfort to friends and family. I'm a very happy Reliance customer!

Kyle (Reliance ID No. CBA1650) called and alerted us he would be by the home in the next half hour. He arrived and was ready to review the issue at hand. After reviewing the HWT and associated piping, Kyle gave a great explanation of the problem. He was pleasant and advised us on a couple options to pursue. We appreciate Reliance and their Employees' attitudes.

Joey D was our tech and he did a great job. Properly installed Quick Gave information Clean - places mats everywhere he needs to go. And most importantly... Friendly and happy to do his job. Even in minus 20 weather.

Joe Green of Reliance Comfort came to service my hot water heater. I have been having trouble with my water heater since day one when i moved into this house two years ago. The "pressure switch failure" signal was often the error message for the water heater. This error caused the water heater to shut off and I was left with no hot water. I had made calls previously with regards to this problem, but the tech that came just replaced the switch and said it was fixed. The problem continued on. This time was different, Joe Green of Reliance came and noticed the problem as soon as he went to the basement. Joe gave me very useful advice on how to solve this problem once and for all. He also answered all the questions I had. Although, Joe didn't have the parts to fix my water heater at that moment, but he promised and came back within his estimated time frame with the part to fix my water heater tank. Joe Green is very genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Excellent Service he provided!

Jonathan Cain came to look at our water heater as the water was not as hot as it was when we moved in. Jonathan knew exactly what was wrong. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He used these booties to protect my hardwood floor!!! So thoughtful!! :)

Great service from Reliance Home Comfort. Our water heater broke 5pm Friday night and I was so impressed with how Reliance offered to replace it that same evening. We picked a time that was most convenient for us. The service man was prompt, courteous, efficient and we had hot water back immediately. Easy process and renting made the replacement hassle free.

My Water Heater was automatically turning off frequently. I called Reliance Home Comfort and next day they send Allen Barter who was very professional and cleaned the burners which had quite few rust particles on top. He was a very knowledgeable and polite.
