I pay monthly for service plan on my gas furnace. This included yearly maintenance call plus all costs for repairs including parts and labour. Well worth the $14 approx per month. Service people are always courteous, efficient and respond quickly . I would recommend this service plan to everyone, Thanks to Amber employee# 1620 for today's service call!

I came home from work today and tried to take a shower, (no hot water) so at 3:55 called Reliance and at 4:10 the driver Chris called and said he was on his way. The workmanship, quality, and Chris and Jerry professionalism was the best.. Reliance is very lucky to have two very nice and hard working men with them.. Replace water heater and had my shower... Very Very Happy Jamie

These guys have been fantastic whenever I have had to call about my furnace, AC or water heater. They really know their stuff and get the problem solved quickly. They make sure they don't make a mess and I always learn something when they make a call. Great service!

We called Reliance for a leak from the rented hot water tank as it caused puddles of water. Joe Green (#2512) came promptly to the appointed time and fixed the problem quickly and skillfully. His knowledge and ability to explain the problem in layman's terms was helpful and reduced much stress of what had happened. His attitude and helpfulness made the experience dealing with Reliance easy and good.

Our furnace broke on Friday just before the weekend and we called Reliance immediately. They scheduled an appointment the next morning at 8 a.m. The Service Technician John Saliba arrived at my house on time and was able to repair our furnace within 2hrs. John was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong to me. He was very careful with the repair understanding that if he removed the part incorrectly it would result in a new furnace as the vendor (Carrier) no longer manufactures the part in question. I was very glad to see that John was dispatched to my house as he repaired my furnace the previous year. Overall, we were very happy with the prompt and professional we received from Reliance.

After 22 years old furnace was replaced and I had issue with making decision to get new furnace and called to Reliance and they have send sales advisor name “Darius Chichgur” to my home and he was very knowledge person and as per his advised and Reliance replaced my old furnace with new energy efficient furnace. Representative was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting us with our decision. The installation crew was fantastic - everything we needed to know was carefully explained to us. Excellent job done guys thank you and I will defiantly recommend Reliance is the way to go for home comfort.

Our water heater wasnt working and a technician showed up by the name of Gurmeet, he checked the vents outside for blockage and cleaned the sensor. He was very pleasent and very kind and helpful !. He explanied everything to us so we know excatly what was going on. I am very pleased with his service .

Tech guy name joe green with employee number 2512 came to my house and fixed the hot water fir us so quick , we didnt have hot water for a day and he fixed it so quickly, wanted to tnx him and reliance company

Darius Chichgur helped me to change my old furnace, air conditioning and tankless water tank. It was a very satisfied experience. I am happy to recommend him to my friends and anybody has the need.
