    Service

    Needed natural gas furnace, water tank and central air. Switched from electric forced air. The service was good, as the workers, Chris Z and Kory were punctual and took the time to explain how to use the products in detail. They were very polite, respectful and had a good sense of humour. Perhaps this should have been done in warmer weather, as the house was freezing from the heat being off all day.

    Inspection of furnace and water heater

    As part of my maintenance package, my furnace and water heater were inspected on November 18, 2013 by Reliance technician named Rudie. I was very pleased with the service I received. Rudie was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He also made helpful suggestions regarding my equipment. Reliance needs to hire more Rudie's - His knowledge and service ethic are excellent. THANK YOU RUDIE!

    new furnace & air conditioner

    Our 35 year old furnace stopped working. Beth set an appointment, arrived on time, and was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us decide which furnace was best for us and explained pricing and procedure. Furnace was installed when she said it would be and the installers were fantastic also. Beth was readily available every step of the way with answers to any of our questions. I would highly recommend Reliance and especially Beth!

    OPA rebate

    My new furnace and air conditioning were installed on mid September. Immediately after that my home comfort advisor Nima Karimi together with Camille Bryan of Reliance Brampton office processed my OPA rebate. Along the way I had so many doubts if this rebate will ever be approved, but through the effort and assistance of these people I just receive the rebate recently. I also want to thank Roshan of Reliance Mississauga office for assisting me on my queries, he was very knowledgeable on his job and was able to check the status on line. To the people above: Nima, Camille & Roshan; thank you. How I wish all people in this industry are like you, ready to help and assist the customer. That is the true essence of customer service. More power!!

    Furnace, Aircondiontioner, Hot Water Tank

    Darius came my house, He was prompt and courteous and informative. He took the time to explain the benefits of new equipment and the energy saving gained by upgrading. He was very Pleasant and cooperative. It was a Pleasure to do business with Reliance Home Comfort.

    Hot water tank

    I am very much appreciated of Mr. CHRIS SHAWN whose employee # 2472 to replace the Ignition unit of the hot water tank for us. He is very professional, skillful. He answered all my doubts. So I joined the Home protection plan for Heating. Thanks somuch

    Water Heater Treatment

    Gurmeet provided very good service. He was personable, competent and capable. He serviced our water heater to resolve a long-standing problem which we really appreciate. I would recommend him to work on anyone's water heater. Thanks.

    Preventative maintenance

    I was completely satisfied with the Technician Randy. He gave me advice on how to correct an issue I was having with a noise coming from my heating system. He explained what the cause was and the best way to deal with it. Thanks

    Reliance home comfort

    I have been with reliance since April2011. I have an energy star hot water tank that is less than 3 yrs old .. It does not work properly, I can't even take a shower or wash the dishes cause it runs out of hot water, and right before it happens I hear the beeps and that's it.. So I started calling the customer service and ask them if they could send a technician over , they keep telling me someone will contact you but I have not geared from anybody in the past 6 month,,, worst company, worst service quality and worst customer service,, I think they train their staff how to fool the customer ,,, all they want is your money but when u ask for their service , u ll get nothing but promises I ll never ever refer them to anyone of my friends and family and make sure to post this on my Facebook and get all my friends to share that on their timeline
