    Furnace and air conditioner

    Dean Timpany came to my house upon request to talk about options for replacing my air and furnace. He talked me through all of them and I came to a conclusion that renting would be a great option I figured out the numbers and it would almost be cheaper and there won't be a huge fee to start. Good service he came to my house 2 times and we talked over a two month period with no pressure.

    New Furnace/Air Conditioner

    From the time we met representative Cindy Menzie to the installation led by Tim Terpstra, our experience was nothing but positive. All meetings were professional and courteous. Work was completed on schedule and the installation crew cleaned everything up beyond our expectations. I have recommended the Reliance team to others and will continue to do so.

    service call

    Steve Danchak; ID# 1502 : steve was on time, he is very professional. He was able to solve our problem and also make recommendations for us that we found to be very helpful. overall great experience/service.

    Broken Hot Water Tank Repair

    Came home yesterday evening to find out that my hot water tank was not operating on a cold rainy day. I can assure you that I was not very pleased. On top of that, the tank was leaking from the side valve. I called Reliance at 11:50PM and to my surprise, call center was still open. The agent (I forgot her name) placed a service call for today between 10AM and 2PM. Joe Green from Reliance came to my place at 10AM and within 20 mins, water leak was fixed and my hot water tank was fully operational. Great service overall and outstanding response time!! Thank you very much!

    Replace of a broken hot water tank

    Wes & john Carlo came over and have done a great job on replacing a broken hot water tank. They are very professional on the work, and extremely patient on answering our question. Million thanks to them Ray

    Furnace

    we just purchased a new house ...it had the original furnace in it. We decided to purchase a new one...the sales agent was very professional and the crew was great. I'm really satisfied.

    waterheater / furnace

    I booked a urgent appointment with reliance. Their service people (Giancarlo) came quickly. He was patient, friendly, and helpful to check the equipment for my home. Great guy! The customer service line was also helpful and customer oriented. Highly recommend their service!

    Furnace repair

    Furnace tagged for heat exchanger failure.Required dealing with Carrier for warranty issues. Thanks to Jeannette and Dini in customer service/admin for follow up and specific thanks to the install technician Chris for a job well done-professional from start to finish

    Furnace replacement

    On Monday Oct 21 a representative (Beth) from Reliance Home Comfort attended my residence in Caledonia Ont. Beth is a very intelligent young woman with full range of knowledge in the area I was interested i.e. furnace and air conditioning. She was very helpful in giving me the options I have in choosing a replacement furnace and air conditioning system. She has excellent communication skills and is very attentive to her clients needs. I also found her very forthright and honest in her presentation. In my view she represented Reliance Home Comfort in a very professional manner. I would recommend her to my friends without hesitation,

    Service on a broken furnace

    Booked an appointment today for an emergency appointment because there is no heat. Technican was a no-show and was on hold for over 1.5 hours (who knows how long it will be because I am still on hold) trying to find out if he is coming so I can call someone else otherwise. Signed up for a service plan that I will be promptly cancelling once they answer the phone. The message keeps saying they value my call and to keep holding. Don't feel very valued right now in my freezing house! Will go with someone else who actually does value their customers enough to at least call when they are running late or not coming. Stayed home all night for nothing.
