Furnace
Was dissatisfied when I contacted Reliance Oct 23rd. They initially told me someone would come and fix the furnace on Oct 31st. Had no heat. Finally she managed to schedule someone to come this morning. Thank goodness is was not in the dead of winter!!! On the positive side, the young gentleman that came to fix the furnace was a very kind gentleman as well as very knowledgeable. If every service representative (not just with Reliance) was like Craig Austin, there would be a lot more happier customers.
