Jeff(1023) and Bill S.(1098) showed promptly to install the new equipment. On discovering the pre-made sheet metal would not do the job, they recommended changing the furnace location to provide more space and allow for better air flow to the furnace filter. They rescheduled on-the-spot and reappeared at the appointed time. The install was completed very professionally and the end result more than satisfactory. Thanks for the great job (and good clean-up, too) guys!

I ordered a tune up service and the gentleman came on time. He recommended that I look at getting a new furnace. Booked an appointment and after inspection we decided on the best furnace for our needs and our home. Booked installation. Came on time. Did a good job. Enjoying our new furnace:)

Steve W. (I.D. #1433) replaced my leaking hot water heater (rental) on Friday, October 11, 2013, here in Caledonia. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his knowledge. He worked diligently for 2 hours (exactly the amount of time he told me it would take at the outset). He made necessary changes to my gas line, and vents (after first checking with me and quoting me the charges). He was polite and friendly and cleaned up meticulously upon completion of the job. I would recommend Steve to anyone and I would rate him a 10 out of 10.

Just finished up a service call with Wes # 2491. The hot water stopped working last night just before bath time for the kids. Reliance sent a service tech (Wes) out to my house this morning. Wes called me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm his ETA. When he got here he was respectful, efficient, and left the work space clean. He took the time to explain what the fault was (sediment in the lines due to all the new home construction around me) as well as how to adjust the settings if I wish to increase/decrease the water temp in the future. He gave me some tips on maintaining my furnace and A/C as well and recommended an appropriate preventative maintenance program with Reliance if I was interested. I want to make it clear that there was absolutely no sales pressure from Wes on that maintenance program. He was just being an honest guy offering his Professional opinion on what I should be doing to protect my furnace and A/C for years to come. This was my first real interaction with Reliance. I've got to say from the phone call last night right through to the time I shock Wes' hand as he left I was very impressed with the service!

The installers, Dan and Chris were punctual,polite, professional and efficient. The removal of the old unit was challenging, but they were very careful and cleaned up any mess. They kept me informed as to their progress and things I might expect. (A little smoke when they started the new furnace.) All in all it was a good experience and so far I love my new furnace.

Andrew (#2407) of this company came to my house in Aurora this afternoon (October 18, 2013) to check and fix my water heater. I am very impressed with his patience, politeness and professional skills. Besides dealing with my complaint, Andrew also checked whether some other parts were functioning well. He found a problem and this saved me another call for service later. He is knowledgeable and even took time to explain what the government recommends about temperature setting for water heater systems to reduce the risk of getting bacteria in the water. He is the best contractor I have ever met. (I do not know how much the cost was, as I do not have to pay under the maintenance contract. Since the "approximate cost" is a mandatory field on this review page, I just put down an amount I guess.)

Joe came to my house to fix hot water tank today, Joe is friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I will recommend Reliance to all my friends because of Joe. Joe Andrew is the best technician ever.

Adam #6707 stopped by to inspect our furnace. He discovered several issues with the furnace underblowing, lack of safety valve from a prior shoddy install, issues with a/c blowing at the same time due to electric cross connects, and other safety issues. He was very diligent, precise and patiently explained the ramifications. Adam went out of his way to ensure the work was done properly, and was so conscientious came back late in the night to double check he had finished everything. I really commend his work, dedication and thoroughness. Fantastic job! Furnace works great, and we all sleep better.

Dave O (Employee #1685) just finished our annual furnace check and maintenance call - we were very impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He found a little problem and proceeded to immediately fix it.

I really liked the service by mike zevallos, he called ahead of time to let me know he wpuld be about 15 minutes before he arrived. He was professional and polite, mike answered all of my questions about how my furnace works and things i should look for. I really appreciate the great work by moke and reliance i will be recommending mike and reliance to my friends and family.
