Just would like to make a note that Wes #2491 was absolutely great! On Oct. 16th..From the minute he walked into my home. Not only was he knowledgeable with his task at hand, he took the time to explain the do's & don'ts as I watched him fix my 9 yr old water tank. I give him 5 stars for client service! The service man was very professional and very courteous. He was very knowledgable and provided a thorough walkthrough. He provided me a overview of where everything is situated on my furnace and provided helpful self maintenance techniques tips for a longer life of the equipment. I would recommend this service plan to everyone.

I enjoyed my service with Mike.zevallos from reliance, he called ahead of time to let me know he was arriving. once here he did a good job no problems, he was very helpful and respectful. Also will recommend to friends.

Andrew P was our salesperson for this project. He was right on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable about his products and services. Mark and John installed furnace and air . Brady installed water heater. Professional service and clean up afterwards . There was a few glitches along the way but these were all handled with great customer service and response time . Great follow up after every visit.Once again thanks to all .

The motor on our water heater was making a strange noise. We called Reliance and a technician was sent out within a day. The technician (Joe Green) called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing, as he ran his diagnostics. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated this, as I felt involved and was able to learn something new.

My mother(a senior) was nervous about having a service man in her home.Reliance sent a service man named Paul out and he was polite ,thorough,knowledgeable and respectful. I would recommend this service man to anyone. Thanks again Paul.

Andrew was very helpful and offered his advice in an area that I have little knowledge. He explained the process well and has allowed me to make a well informed decision towards our purchase and what to expect over time. I would recommend him to others.

My furnace was not working. I called Reliance Service and Steve T 0039 arrived at the specified time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also completely checked the furnace to ensure maximum efficiency and to alleviate any possible other problems. Great service. Great technician.

i had Andrew out at my house for a furnace check up ....he was polite professional and on time ...he explained the benefits of up grading are old system...we would tell family and friends about reliance
