I want to thank Wes (#2491) from Reliance for his very efficient repair work. He showed up right on time. I described the issue we were having with the water heater and in less than 20 minutes the job was done. He knew exactly what needed to be done, no time wasted. Great job and it cost me nothing as the tank is rented from Reliance.

We recently moved to Mississauga and bought a home that required a ton of work. Over the past three months we dealt with numerous contractors for work ranging from roofing to flooring. It was not until I met Tom from Reliance that my wife and I were treated to exceptional customer service. Tom was the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with. He listened carefully and recommended the best furnace and conditioning system to suit our needs and price range. Thank you Tom! The installation was done promptly by two professionals, Mike and Andy. They were courteous and did a quality job which was completed on time as promised. Great work! Overall we were delighted with the experience we had and highly recommend Reliance. We have already started recommending Reliance to neighbours, friends and family. Thank you!

OUR HOT WATER HEATER STARTED TO LEAK WE CALLED AND THE NEXT DAY A SERVICEMAN BY THE NAME OF JOEY D. CAME TO FIX IT. HE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, AND HAD THE NEW HEATER IN PLACE IN NO TIME.. HE EVEN PUT DOWN MATS TO PROTECT MY FLOORS. I WILL BY TELLING MY FRIENDS ABOUT THE QUALITY SERVICE .

Never dealt with this company, but after this service call, I definitely will refer them to friends and family. The technician, Shae, employee 2506 was knowledgeable, patient as he explained the workings of my furnace and made recommendations. Reliance clearly treats their technicians with respect, providing them with all necessary equipment to do an expert job. We could use more companies with this type of service and expertise - with the customer as priority. Well done!

Being a new homeowner I am very limited in my knowledge of air conditioners and furnaces. Jayson Newton made the experience of updating my units very positive and stress free. He kept my updated and answered all the questions I had along the way and even stopped by on the day of installation to see how everything was going. Great job!

Steve Darchak ( # 1502) showed up on time for the appointment to check on our water heater --- Steve was very thorough and professional and friendly. His recommendation was a replacement unit and made the call to schedule the actual work. Steve is a great asset to Reliance Home Comfort.

I was very pleased and comfortable with Chris B #907 having a stranger in my house. He was thorough and informative, he was also very professional. I would have him back in the Spring for a Air Conditioner tune-up as well. The price was what I was quoted over the phone, no issues there. Thank you for this opportunity. Shannon was the Reliance rep who explained the options available for purchase. She was so very helpful . Greg and Mike did the installations and they were punctual, very knowledgeable and very professional. I received excellent service from everyone and I am so happy that Reliance was recommended to me by a friend.

After my 10 year old hot water tank failed and caused a minor flood we opted for the Rinnai RL75i residential tankless. The service tech was a true professional seeing we had no hot water started to install right away. A flawless install by a superb company that cares about their customers.

Had Reliance come out to do an annual maintenance on our furnace and AC unit. Our service provider, Ed (8255), was fantastic! He did the usual inspection but took the time to notice that the exhaust motor was faulty and ordered a part right away. He also helped us with understanding how keep up with caring for the furnace and AC. I was really impressed! Ed is knowledgeable, highly skilled and "goes above and beyond" when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thanks Ed!
