My hot water tank started flooding the basement this past Wednesday and on Thursday the serviceman Joey D. showed up to save the day. He was able to assess the situation, explain what happened and able to replace the hot water tank within a few hours. He laid out runner mats from the front of the house to the back and wore boot covers to ensure the house stayed clean and was not damaged. Joey made a bad experience of a flood a little more palatable with his excellent service.

I was experiencing some hard time with no AC and no Hot water. Reliance sent Tech Joe and Saul who are from Flan Air came in and help me fixed the problem. Their service is highly recommended. And they really compromise for my time schedule.

I was very disappointed with the installers that arrived early Monday morning. The sales representative had informed me that the water heater would have to be moved to accommodate the installation; I told this to the guy working on the furnace before he started; but he responded that it was not necessary. It took them the whole day to complete the project. At the end of the day I checked the new air conditioner and enquired if the air intake and exhaust pipe installation being side by side and only projecting 2” beyond the face of the brick was correct and was told that it was. I called Reliance and informed them that they had only provided a 1” furnace filter in lieu of the 5” filter we had purchased; and that they had left scuff marks on all the stair nosings when moving equipment in and out. The next day a Reliance serviceman Jeff #1023 showed up with just a replacement 5” filter. He informed me that the installers they sent were sub-contractors and that he would have to return with a helper to basically redo the job properly; but that they could not come back until Friday. The Reliance servicemen Jeff and Bill #1098 did a GREAT job rectifying the project, and in half the time. Before they left Bill asked me to come outside and see the changes he had to make to the air intake and exhaust pipes in order to bring them up to code. I am very pleased with the service I got from Reliance; it was unfortunate, however, that they sent incompetent men initially.

Furnace was over 20 yrs old,had inspection done. Ryan #1558 was quick & efficient. Suggested we look into new furnace...called &made app't. Installers Luc & Kory were very good & friendly.

Hi all, just want to thank Shae from Home Comfort Reliance for fixing my furnace. It's great to not have to worry about expensive fixes with my existing old HVAC system(10 years old).

Within a few minutes of my Sunday morning call to Reliance to report a hot water tank leak, Dallas, a technician from Seasons Change Mechanical Ltd. in Gravenhurst, called me & was at my home in Orillia in less than two hours. The tank required replacing, & Seasons Change technicians returned early Monday, installed & vented a new tank, removed the old tank, & performed my annual furnace check-up. They were courteous, explained things well & protected my floor with drop sheets. Through the Reliance Comfort Protection Plan, Seasons Change Mechanical has inspected my furnace for the past several years & I have always been happy with their service.

First time home owners...realized we needed a new hvac system, called around for a few quotes and had 3 different company's come in and give us an evaluation. We decided to go with Reliance as Jayson Newton's approach was relaxed and non-pressured. We felt comfortable with him and to be honest, I came home later, after my husband and he was already here, I walked in and when I noticed his shoes at my front door. They were nice, expensive men's dress shoes and I already knew that Jayson took care of his appearance, which showed that he had respect for himself, therefore he would have respect for us and our needs and wishes. We will recommend him and Reliance to all of our friends and family.

Blown away again by Reliance..our tech Jason 0829 was here within 1 hr of my call for an appointment, I thought would take 2 weeks! Efficient, friendly and thoughtful with his suggestions and tips for improving and maintaining our equipment. We purchased our units after leasing them , and have since purchased the maintenance package...:) No complaints! Very happy customers!

I called reliance about a leak in my basement Steve Darchak I.D 1502 was here on time. He went through and looked at every possible thing that could possibly leak on my furnace and was very thorough and helpful. We did not find that the leak was caused by the furnace but I really appreciated Steve's helpful advice and put my mind at ease thanks.
