    Fix and install new hot water tank

    The motor of old water tank is making loud noise lately. This guy Joe Green and his partner came over to check, and came bank again in an hour with a new tank to install. Very polite and excellent services, thank you!

    hot water tank

    It is absurd that a company that I have never used or signed a contract with can charge me money to remove their hot water tank that I never wanted in the first place...I was told by their csr that I could have a company remove the tank and return it to them for no charge (which I did) and then I get a bill in the mail charging me for an inspection of their tank and an account closure fee...I'm told I will get sent to collections if I refuse to pay...no wonder most people hate this company and their ridiculous rentals...I would never ever recommend this company...ever.

    Hot water tank

    I had the pleasure to work with Joey D. This afternoon- very knowledgable, efficient and worked well within time frame. I wanted to change my service provider however after his visit I changed my mind. Very valuable resource for questions on hot water tanks for households . Thanks Joey for adding value to my home.     Furance and air conditioner maintenance

    Matt was the Tech. Employee No. 1920. He was excellent very pleasant and did a great job. Was prompt and took the time to reassure us that every thing was in good shape. Thanks again Matt Reliance is very fortunate to have Matt as a employer. Joan Parker

    Waterheater installation

    Your telephone rep mislead us. The technician Bruno was unable to complete the job because he had been misinformed. After several attempts he was able to make arrangements for the installation. He is to be commended for his efforts, while the rep should be disciplined.

    Furnace servicing, change hot water tank

    First, I must say Ryan, employee #1558, was great to work with after my experiences with the call centre. He was very friendly, helpful, polite and on time. I was also pleased with the follow-up call with Cheryl from the Sudbury office - I certainly didn't expect it to be so soon after the service call. And again, very friendly. Now, to the call center where the service appointments were set up. My husband set the appts up 2 weeks in advance as we are renovating the house and wanted to be sure we were ready for them. He had the appts set so both the furnace servicing and change out of the hot water tank were to be done at the same time. As we're not living there, he gave his cell # as the contact #. The day of the appt arrived and we worked at the house all day so as not to miss the appt,. which was set for first thing in the morning. By 11:30 no one had called or come so I called the 800 number on the furnace and spoke to the rep who said the time frame for the water tank was 10am-2pm and the furnace for 8-5, and that they can't set a specific time - I was okay with that. We went home at 2:30 but left a note to call us and we'd be back. At home there was a message on my machine from the contractor who was to change the water tank. Why he called our home phone we don't know as we specifically asked for our cell # to be used. Needless to say, we missed the appt as they couldn't reach us, so I had to reschedule - we weren't happy to have to change all our plans around. I went back to the house to wait for the furnace guy and, when he still hadn't shown by 4:55 I again called the 800-#. The woman told me we weren't even scheduled for servicing, that it still needed to be set up 2 weeks from then. I did my best to keep my cool but my voice was rising! I asked why I wasn't told this when I called in at 11:30 and why my husband was told both items would be taken care of on the same day. She put me on hold to see if she could arrange a service call for the next day and, thankfully this was done. However, she did tell me that the time frame was 7am-11am but when I spoke with the technician, he told me he doesn't start work until 8! Maybe someone should notify the call center about the starting times of different offices. We haven't had very good experiences with Reliance in the past month, from one issue to another. It's a good thing you have good empoloyees working the front lines.

    New furnace

    Luc and Kory ( INSTALLERS ) WERE VERY POLITE AND THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK. CALLED AHEAD AND WERE RIGHT ON TIME, CAME IN, INTRODUCED THEMSELVES, INSPECTED AREA IN QUESTION AND IMMEDIATELY WENT TO WORK. GREAT TEAM, WELL OIL MACHINE!

    Called for a furnace repair/inspection. They showed on time and the tech guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and would recommend it to my friends

    reliance water heater

    my water heater stop working Monday,call the customere service to fix,they said no 1 available today,somebody will come Tuesday morning 7 to 11.called 3 time the customere service,they said wait till 11..no 1 showed up..i took day off from work the open the door for service guy..still waiting..is this the service tthey provide...this the 2nd time .last year they took 3 days to repair said weekend they cant help...not happy at all thinking to change

    Replacement of rental waterheater

    We discovered our waterheater was leaking at approximately 4:30 on Monday and by 6:30 it was replaced and the job was all done. What excellent service! Matt Pelone #1813 our serviceman , was friendly and courteous , professional and knowledgable. He was able to answer all of our questions and referred us to Beth Maclellan for a quote on the possibility of a new boiler system - she called within the hour to set up an appointment. Thank you Reliance, Matt and Beth for such prompt, excellent service. PS. We were impressed with the hydraulic lift, too.
