Our gas hot water tank gave up the ghost this morning and Joey D. Employee # 0977 was here two hours after I called and had a new tank fully installed in about one hour. Excellent work and clean-up. Very happy Reliance customer.

The service we received from Reliance was great. Our hot water tank exploded and they showed up in less than an hour with a new tank ready to install. We are still trying to piece together our basement, but the quick and friendly service definitely made that day a little less frustrating.

Called Reliance for service requiring hot water tank pressure release valve location. They sent out a service man to rectify the problem. The service man called Pietro was wonderful he relocated the pressure release valve and noticed that when he shut off the hot water that the shut off valve was leaking and repaired that. We asked if the temperature on the tank could be lowered and he reset it. We were very impressed with the service and would recommend anyone needing heating, air conditioning or an electric hot water tank rental to call Reliance.

Jeff (1023) and Bill S (1098) installed the new furnace yesterday and the whole process was smooth. They made sure they didn't damage anything in the house moving the parts to the basement and protected the tile floor. When they were finished they carefully walked us through the features of the new furnace, explained what they had done and then patiently explained how to use the new thermostat. Did I mention they left the basement area they were working in cleaner than when they found it? Am I thrilled with the high level of service? Absolutely. Use Reliance!

Ryon #1558 did a great job on the service ,and had a very good attitude towards his work ,if I need more work would hope he was dispatched . it was like he was working on his own furnace

Writing to note the incredible service received from Scott Mill from Flan Air with the issues we (Stephan and Natalie) were experiencing with our rental hot water tank. Highly recommend sending more service calls his way as your clients will not be disappointed.

Hot water tank was leaking. Reliance sent Andre out initiially. He was awesome, recommended tank replacement & helped to arrange same. Next day Matt responded. He was amazing as well. Single-handed he removed a 60 gal. tank & replaced it. Both staff were so courteous & customer service oriented. I was amazed. Thanks so much.

First of all I would like to say thank you to Brandon to the technician who showed up at my house he was very polite and helpful on the other hand Reliance is not good in returning calls I called the head office about 1month ago still waiting for some one to call me back my issue it is that I had the water heater go over night which caused a flood in my basement I had to call my insurance it was a significant damage so I wanted to see how reliance will help me with the deductible I had to pay

Reliance here in Sudbury was amazing. Greg (Sales man) went above and BEYOND his call of duty.He came to my house to re tape a few areas on my furnace. The installation men were really good as well (Dan&Chris). Thanks +++ Reliance!

Joe recently replaced our water heater. He was very competent, and professional as he worked, taking time to minimize any water leakage in our house. Joe provided excellent, friendly service in our home. He is a real credit to Reliance!
