Response time to my emergency was very quick. Paul (ID #498), the technician was efficient and polite and replaced our tank with minimum disruption. He also cleaned up thoroughly. I was very pleased with the service.

Mike McIsaac (ID#1587) came to do semi-annual clean up. He was very professional. He gave us information we have never been told. He made suggestions on our unit !! Thanks for the help Mike.

took three phone calls and one time wasting service call to convince Reliance that my 16 yr. old RENTAL water heater needed to be replaced. Once that was accomplished... the young fellow arrived, polite, friendly - fast. Job done now I have hot bath water in the morning... YEAH!

When the water heater broke, we called reliance and they got a company called flan air to fix the problem. The technician was Steve Sobratee and he was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the issue and quickly fix the problem. Without a doubt, he was very professional and we will highly recommend him as a technician. Thanks Ryan Y

So happy I called Reliance to do this for us in our new home in Waterloo On! Richard K (1568) was just the person for the job. Called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, efficient, thorough and taught me a lot. Even took the time to give info on what to do with our A/C. No other company will be looking after us but these guys!! It's the 'old fashioned' customer service that's hard to come by these days.

Derek Phung came to my home in Markham for the service of my furnace and the fireplace. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave answers to all my questions. Overall he did an excellent job - highly recommended.

Our technician , ED (8255) was courteous and answered all questions, giving more detail when asked. His visit was prompted by a high carbon monoxide reading on our detector. Firemen determined that it was a false reading,but when they ran the hot water to start the ignition sequence ,the ignition failed because the heater did not light properly. When we placed the call to Reliance for service , several times we needed ask the person to repeat themselves because their voice was difficult to hear clearly.

Your representative Adam Walker visited my home to complete my annual maintenance. He was very polite and professional, and absolutely knew what he was doing and did a fantastic job. I congratulate him and your company on providing good customer service.

Your service rep., Steve Danchak, came out and inspected my water tank and also gave me some very very important insights as to how well my tank was doing and how to make and/or understand how the tank works. Super service and appreciate all the help. A very professional fellow.
