Ryan Clancy replaced my faulty hot water tank, cleaned up when he was done and was very polite, explained an issues to me. What a nice way to be treated by a contractor so early in the morning!

John #1485 came to see what was wrong with my hot water tank. He was friendly and efficient. He left me feeling confident that the job was done right. Thanks for making my day better =]

Technician Jason carried out this annual maintenance service very efficiently and went to a lot of trouble to answer our questions. He also noted that our hot water heater had reached it's 20 year point and advised a replacement for which he arranged an instal date. Altogether a good experience.

Joe R [employee # 1645] did an EXCELENT WORK. He showed up about 25 minutes after we reported the leaking of our rental tank. Thank you Joe, keep doing your job in the same way! Mario Fuentes.

Reliance serviceman, Joseph, arrived at my residense on appointed time on Sept. 12th he immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty drain valve in short order. He was a polite and very informative young man who I am sure is a great asset to the Company.

We had a flood in Sault ste Marie. Sept 10th. The water killed our hot water tank. On Sept 13 John that I learned was from Sudbury Ontario. Called me at 745 am in the morning to ask if he could begin the change out. I found John to be very understand and I knew he sympathized with our circumstances. He worked fast efficiently and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you John for helping us out here in Sault Ste Marie.

Murray Stark came to are house and asked what we wanted,. Furnace or A/C and explained the plans Reliance had. We decided with the A/C and free furnace with a couple extras. .Also, high efficiency. He set it up for Monday 9th Sept. 2 men arrived and put runners down over our rug and hardwood floors. Went to the basement where they explained to my husband what they were doing. They installed the A/C and cleaned up very good. Also took time to explain the new thermostat. Was very pleased, as old furnace and A/C was taken away. Thanks to Mr Stark for calling to see if the men arrived on time and how things were going.. Told him all was fine. Would recommend him to neighbours, friends, & family... Men also covered their shoes. Did get a follow up call from Mr Stark.. Thanks.

they offered a service plan for furnace with a/c rental. they did not honour this. they then charged too much on the bill and told me not to pay until an updated bill came. when the updated bill came they charged a late payment fee, and still no agreement on the furnace as well the salesman has not contacted me back.

Have gotten a new cooling and heating system planned and installed within a couple of days – it’s a real joy, definitely worth the money, even though the old system was still functioning and I could have kept it. Reliance people are true professionals. Thank you very much.

Dean Timpany was very helpful and professional in assisting me in obtaining new furnance and a/c. I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. Installation also went very well.
