Dean Timpany was very helpful and professional in assisting me in obtaining new furnance and a/c. I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. Installation also went very well.

Obviously, I was extremely disturbed due to this as this is the home I just bought. My Technician was Steve who came in on time and reassured me and resolved the problem in less then 10min.
