Very satisfied, second time had my air conditioner had to be serviced this summer and promptness was great as well as the service Technician was friendly and explained thouroughly what the problem was

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of the technician Adam Walker. Besides the technical side of his work he provided maintenance information that will allow us to run our units more efficiently. We really appreciated too the 60% discount Reliance is promoting at this time and made the cost to be only$85.

replaced furnace &a/c. Mr John Bielas took time to explain the differences of old one &new one thoroughly each as how much saving of energy &money. Technicians worked diligently and professionally. I have moving to my new home and found this problem. Called Reliance Home Comfort and scheduled a service technician. Obviously, I was extremely disturbed due to this as this is the home I just bought. My Technician was Steve who came in on time and reassured me and resolved the problem in less then 10min. I asked for furnace clean up. Dereck came on time not only he cleaned the furnace, but he took time to respond to all my questions. he also gave me great tips for my heating and AC systems. I am very satisfied.

Recently had an issue with my Rental Water Heater. After going down to the basement I discovered what appeared to be a small pond forming at the base of the water heater, it had burst over the weekend and was leaking out. I immediately contacted Reliance customer service and a tech was sent to my home. Tony was very informative, courteous and respectful. The repair was quick, professional and an overall great experience. After all this competition for our rental $$ it's certainly a pleasure to realize that staying with Reliance was the Right Choice!!
