I was very pleased with services provided by David Tran. He accommodated my urgent request for hot water tank repair and called in advance before showing up in our house. He was very polite and inquired if we preferred to have him take his outside shoes off or not showing his professional attitude. The repair was performed within 5 minutes of his arrival due to his expertise in his field. I recommend this person for your HVAC repair.

Problem with hot water tank. Called Reliance. David Tran from Flan-Air came the next day. David was great. Fixed the problem in no time and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you David.

I was having my hot water heater from another company replaced by Reliance. Tim Henbrey was the service rep from Reliance. He arrived on time and was very polite. I had unexpected company for dinner that evening and the water had to be turned off but Tim managed the new installation efficiently and had the water back on very quickly. He was polite and took the time to explain the controls on the new tank. Tim is a credit to the company.

I would like to express my thanks to Derek Phung employee # 2393 who has just performed the annual maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. He was very knowlegable in all facets of both units. He was thorough and at all times was very pleasant and gave me many tips as to the care of the units.I would recommend him highly.

My water heater has been giving me issues so I called Reliance and the following day a technician from Flan Air came to my house. The technician, David Tran was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away and had fixed it in no time. He cleaned up after he was done and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend Reliance to all my friends and family, and more importantly, I would encourage them to ask for David Tran or other technicians from Flan Air if they had any issues.

I was very impressed with the excellent service provided by Patrick Mazza while I was looking to replace my HVAC. He was very knowledgeable about HVAC and helped answer all my questions and made me feel at ease about the purchase I was about to make. He followed up very diligently to help close the deal and also with the installation and helped with processing all the paperwork all that came after installation. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends and family.

Great technicians- Christian H. & Andy V. installed the replaced new rental water heater. Super fellows!!! There was a challenge with the first water heater as it was a "lemon" according to them, so they had to locate another one before installing it successfully.

Good work with no mess. Dan and Kory were professional . Treated our residence with care and were courteous. A good demonstration on how to use the new thermostat was given. Good work.

Had an issue with our rental hot water tank. Steve S. tech came to our home during the promised service time. Was very professional, explained in detail why the burner wasn't working. Did an awesome job and kept me informed throughout the entire repair. Thank you, 10 out of 10!

Our hot water heater started leaking after 15 years on the basement floor. We called reliance and they were there within 3 hours on a Saturday. The installer they sent was Steve W. #1433. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did an excellent job. After he was done you wouldn't have known he was there. Employees like that are a real credit for any Company. The only cost was to pay to upgrade the ABS venting to PVC as ABS no longer meets code, it gets brittle and can crack over time. Overall our experience was excellent.
