Our hot water heater started leaking after 15 years on the basement floor. We called reliance and they were there within 3 hours on a Saturday. The installer they sent was Steve W. #1433. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did an excellent job. After he was done you wouldn't have known he was there. Employees like that are a real credit for any Company. The only cost was to pay to upgrade the ABS venting to PVC as ABS no longer meets code, it gets brittle and can crack over time. Overall our experience was excellent.

Had a problem with leak in hot water tank, Joe P.(2310) arrived as scheduled,fixed the problem,even though he was busy he took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you.

Ron and Aaron showed up on Saturday evening to install a tank for our family. He called to advise when he would arrive, was there when he said, had the job completed quickly and was very professional all the way through. As it was Saturday evening I know it was after regular hours but there was no complaint or even a comment rather Ron apologized for not being able to attend earlier in the day. He even took the time to explain how to use the temperature control then, as our old tank had been leaking all over the floor he took a little extra time to open our furnace and make certain there was no water damage and to check it through. I highly recommend him and would like to thank him for looking after us and for going that extra bit.

I wanted to get a new furnace being the old was over 20 years old. My AC was 15 years and the water tank rental at least that and repaired once by Reliance for a leak. Now I'm renting all three and waiting upon the Gov't rebate. Having the 1yr no pay deal is great with option to buy later. Service work and information was excellent. Just one misunderstanding about contacting Union gas about a extension pipe to run away from nearby exhaust pipes.

Today our hot water heater gave out. Within a couple of hours, we had one of their employees Paul Fenney replace it. He was courteous and efficient. Unlike some other companies, he made sure that he put covers on the rugs to prevent dirt. I was so impressed with this companies quick and friendly service. Thank you.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment for our A/C Unit. Steve Danchak, ID#1502, visited and it was a good thing. Over the winter a squirrel had attempted to nest in the Unit and unfortunately met his maker as he had been zapped. Steve, cleaned up the horrible mess, checked out the unit and explained the benefits of a maintenance plan to me. Our unit is still operating fairly well but is now 10 yrs old so a plan made complete sense to me as future repairs are likely to be required due to the age of the unit, I signed up on the spot. Steve also took the time to answer some of my questions about a tankless hot water heater. I currently rent my water heater from reliance and will definitely maintain that relationship when we decide to upgrade our water heater, furnace or A/C. Thanks Steve, great job!!

Purchased AC unit last summer (2012) from Reliance. I have had nothing but issues with the unit not cooling and freezing in the coils. Numerous services calls last summer and I am now at my fifth service call (tomorrow), after replacing a tx valve the AC unit continues to freeze and stop cooling. Agents do not return the calls to discuss the matter and escalate this issue so I can finally have working AC. Very disappointed to say the least.

David Tran from Flan Air was very polite, quick and efficient. He explained the problem, and had it working with in minutes. He also helped identify another issue. Very happy and satisfied. Thanks again David!.

My A/C wasn't working so I called Reliance Home Comfort because I had their protection plan. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and professional, this extended to the service person Frank from Brampton who was able to come the very next day. Frank was not only courteous and professional, he was also personable and knowledgeable. He was also able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly, efficiently and properly. Frank did a good job and I recommend his work.

My air conditioner malfunctioned and I called Reliance who set up an appointment the next day. Joe (6158) arrived on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. He was courteous, professional and explained exactly what he was doing. The repair went smooth and I was very satisfied!
