Repairs to my home's foundation necessitated the temporary repositioning of my AC unit to allow for access to the foundation. This meant disconnecting and then reconnecting of the AC. I was concerned about a possible loss of my Freon, which would have added additional costs to my bill. Gloria Haigh (RCHSA026) came to disconnect the unit and she completed that task most efficiently. She sure knew what she was doing. She even ensured that I would not lose any Freon. She was friendly and wrapped up the disconnection in short order. I was very pleased. I hope that the reconnection will go as smoothly in a few days time.

Dan and Kory did an awesome job with the installation. They also answered all my questions about the unit. As well as provided helpful tips on keeping the unit in good shape through the seasons.

Tom was very helpful and informative. He explained everything that needed to be done. He gave great advice on which system to have installed and he showed us a range of options with prices just in our budget. He did a great job. No complaints :) Just have to wait on the installation now....

Steve id# 1502 came to fix the air as the gentleman the day before did not fix the problem. Steve came in fixed the problem, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything. I was very impressed.

The fan was seized on the system and made the call on friday. By sat Phil Latour id 950 was there working on the issue and ordered the part right away and was here in matter of days. He provided excellent service in a speedy time frame. Very happy with the service that was provided

The service was excellent. Joseph arrived on time and assessed the problem and repaired it in a short period of time. Also gave feedback on other possible repairs and will mail insurance information for furnace/air conditioner. A very reliable company.

I had a furnace tuneup service from reliance home comfort. The services provided by reliance was very professional and the tehnicians Adam (#6707) along with a technican did the furnace maintenance as per thier procedure and we are very pleased with the service they performed. please note this service occured approx 6 months ago but I forgot to upload my comments

Our air conditioner stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I called and within 15 minutes had a service man booked for the next day, between 1pm and 6pm. At 2:30pm we got a call from Steve (ID #1502) who said he was 5 minutes away. Steve was a friendly guy and immediately got to work after asking me a few questions to pinpoint the problem. He correctly analyzed the problem and replaced the capacitor. By 3:15pm the air conditioner was up and running again. Thanks Steve!!

Had water heater thermocouple assembly fail late on a Saturday afternoon and said a tech would be in touch between 1 to 6 on Sunday. At 1:05 on Sunday the tech called and said she was on the way. Tech was Amber (#1620) and she showed up exactly when she said she would. Absolutely knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and repaired the unit swiftly. Was totally impressed with her professionalism and product knowledge. Nice to deal with someone who takes pride in their work.

Had a problem with water boiler for some time. When it happened again, we decided to call in service personnel. The technician came in promptly the next day and was very cordial and efficient. He fixed the problem in 15 minutes. We're very satisfied.
