    Air Condition

    The rental our furnace, water heater and air conditioning is quite pricey. Although at first, it was somewhat painful to get someone to come once they came we were very impressed with the profesional, respectful, polite, educational service. Mike #1681 and Dave #1685 were not only able to solve the problems but they went beyond by closing and opening dampers in order to direct air where we need it. Thanks guys you are amazing!

    hot water tank

    I wanted to coment on the wonderful service I recieved from Robert employee # 11910. Being a beautiful Sunday afternoon I am sure he would rather no be working and home with his family, but was very pleasant and fixed my problem in no time. You should be proud to have an employee like this.... very smart, and pleasant .

    Water Heater replacement

    Joey D called prior to his arrival and was very pleasant. He assesed the situation and determined the water heater neede replacement, did so efficiently and cleaned up the area from the leak. The kind of ambassador I treasued .Unfortunate that from reporting the failure to receivibg srevice toolk about 28 hours. Same day service would have been nice.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Tom Gianitsopoulos came to see me about my water heater. He was extremely thorough in explaining the different options to me. he took extra time to explain how I could save additional $$$ with my heating, cooling and maintenance costs.

    air conditioning repair

    Thursday, July 25/13 A terrific service man, Keith, from Reliance Home comfort spent an inordinate amount of time looking for the problem, then just as much trying to explain it several times to someone who just wasn't getting it. He was patient, thorough, kind, understanding, helpful - he just could not have made the experience better. The AC was unable to be repaired, and he offered many options without a sales pitch. He showed me everything that was wrong with my system, and taught me how to use my new thermostat. (That was not an easy job....!) He set me up with the sales staff to discuss options. I would have Keith back into my home anytime and would highly recommend him. A super job, a superb gentleman with great skills. Thank you, Keith!

    HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

    WE HAD AN OLD HEATING SYSTEM, AND RELIANCE REPLACED IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS WITH HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING, AND THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS FANTASTIC! WE ARE RENTING AND EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH!!! SHOULD HAVE DONE IT SOONER.

    Reliance Home Comfort Progam

    After surviving last week without an A/C in +30C heat, I am glad I called Reliance to look into why my A/C wasn't working. Neil from Reliance was courteous and quite excellent (not to mention patient!) at troubleshooting the problem and he discovered that the coolant well had run dry. He corrected the issue...and even supplied the hornet spray to take down a nest that was located right next to the unit! Thanks once again Neil!

    hot water heater

    Monty, the technician with G.O. Heating Ltd. arrived when he said he would, and inspected my water heater as I was not able to get any hot water. He explained how the water heater controls worked, as the unit was somehow in vacation mode...it has since been reset and is working properly. Monty was very polite and didn't rush the service call like some technicians I have had in the past.

    Derek Phung (employee#2393) is the Technician to replace a new touch screen thermostat for the digital one that was installed for my new SmartAir system a week ago. He performs his professionalism to his job, he is very patient and polite to explain how the new thermostat works and how to set different temp. to save energy and money. Thanks Derek.

    Moving AC unit

    Repairs to my home's foundation necessitated the temporary repositioning of my AC unit to allow for access to the foundation. This meant disconnecting and then reconnecting of the AC. I was concerned about a possible loss of my Freon, which would have added additional costs to my bill. Gloria Haigh (RCHSA026) came to disconnect the unit and she completed that task most efficiently. She sure knew what she was doing. She even ensured that I would not lose any Freon. She was friendly and wrapped up the disconnection in short order. I was very pleased. I hope that the reconnection will go as smoothly in a few days time.
