Our a/c conked out during a recent heat wave. We received a speedy service call but unfortunately our compressor was shot. The service tech made an appointment for us with Renaldo who arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He went to a lot of effort to get our new unit installed in 2 days. He made at least 4 calls to different people trying to get it done. He went above and beyond to satisfy us. Our unit worked just great during our recent heat wave. We're satisfied customers!

Derek Phung (ID#2393) was dispatched to help service my air conditioner. Trying to schedule an appointment in the middle of a heatwave in my neighbourhood proved to be disastrous, but Will C in dispatch hooked me up with Derek who showed up on time, even though it was out of his service area. He was professional and apologized for the inconvenience, and then proceeded to do a thorough review of the air conditioning unit and the air flows throughout the house. While most items were covered under reliance service plan, the air conditioner itself had a lot of damage to the cooling grid (that's what i paid for). Derek spent a couple of hours cleaning the A/C unit and bending the grid items back into shape... A+ service

Absolutely pathetic. We understand things take time, but if you promise us one thing one day, we expect those promises to hold. Customer service is not making false promises to keep people quiet followed by putting them on hold because you simply don’t want to deal with them anymore. DO NOT get involved with this company!

We had an issue with our water heater and Reliance had a repair person at our home in no time. Daryl (ID # 2109) called to ask if was okay if he showed up earlier than they had originally told us! We said, "absolutely!" and Daryl had the issue diagnosed and fixed within minutes. He was a very nice guy and a real pleasure to be around. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. Thanks, Daryl!

These guys went out of their way to provide amazing service. They came out after store hours to make sure I had hot water for the weekend. I can't thank them enough and I'm grateful for their help. 5 stars all the way

I called Reliance Home comfort about my water heater that kept turning off. They sent David Tran from Flan-Air the next day. David called before he came and was very prompt. He fixed the Water heater in 10 minutes and was very polite and courteous.

I have the Protection plan ($24.99/month) from Reliance Home Comfort. I called to have the annual maintenance. Today, Derek Phung (#2393) from Reliance Home Comfort came and did the annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. I am very satisfied with his service and highly recommend his service to other home owners. He pretty much checked every single parts of my furnace and air conditioner, very detail. Then he cleaned any dust/rust off them. Very professional and polite. Good job!

I was very happy with the service I have got from Paul from Delta HVAC , He was very friendly and he knew exactly how to fix the problem. I would recommend delta to my friends.

Don from Hot Sauce arrived within two hours of my call to Reliance. He knew exactly what the problem was, and had it fixed up in less than ten minutes. He was pleasant, professional and tidy.
