We have had 7 repairmen here since last year when we had an air conditioner installed to make adjustments to it. Out of those 7 Pat Dumerlin Employee # 1576 stood glaringly out, above and beyond the other 6 repairmen. Reliance Home Comfort is well represented by this employee as being Professional, Courteous and Knowledgeable. My husband and I cannot say enough about the top quality customer service we received from Pat!!! Let me list his attributes: I think the biggest and most valuable asset of Pats' that benefits your company is his ability to LISTEN while we gave him a summary of the problems & fixes we have had since we purchased the AC unit. The fact that he TOOK OUR COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY and considered each one. His vast KNOWLEDGE base and how he CLEARLY AND CONCISELY COMMUNICATED this to us. Not once did he become defensive or argumentative as he discussed each issue with us. He was relaxed and patient while answering all of the numerous questions we had. He gave examples of other customers with the same issues and how they were resolved. In a matter of minutes HE PRESENTED HIMSELF AS BEING VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. In the course of his hour visit he had gained our Trust and Respect. He did not judge our lifestyle in terms of how cool we like our home. (We've experienced that in the past...personal opinions of repairmen) Pat was VERY PATIENT and made us feel IMPORTANT AND APPRECIATED. Pat encouraged us to call if we had any other problems.
