    Water Heater

    The technician, Daniel, was very knowledgeable, personable, and clearly very passionate about his work. He instantly diagnosed the issue and replaced and cleaned all the faulty parts. Beyond his realm of work, he inspected one of the sinks, as per my request, and explained the plumbing program at Reliance and how I could access the service online. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience the issue was solved quickly.

    Furnace replacement

    Reliance service indicated difficulties relating to the heat exchanger that could cause carbon monoxide leaks. A salesperson arrived within a couple of hours, explained options and a new furnace will be installed tomorrow. Thank you!

    Water heater breakdown

    Great service. Water heater broke down, called 1030pm and they were at my house 8 am next morning. Service was very friendly and ensure it worked before leaving. Highly recommend.

    Furnace Inspection

    Your employee did a very thorough inspection of my furnace. He is very personable and professional and I would consider him to be a technician who really cares about what he is doing.

    Water Heater

    I have rented a water heater from Reliance for a number of years. My shower today was cold and upon inspection of the heater I discovered it was leaking. I called Reliance and within a few hours they sent their team member #112861 out to replace the heater. He was personable and professional. This problem was solved quickly.

    Central Air installation

    I had a new central AC installed at my home. The technicians were professional, they helped me program my thermostat, and showed me all of the work that had been done. They also provided me with instructions on storing the equipment for the winter. Would definitely recommend!

    Furnace service

    The technician that was sent by Reliance was excellent. He took time to explain the issue to me, completed the inspection in a timely fashion and was extremely pleasant to deal with. It was a pleasure to deal with such a caring technician.

    Water Heater

    Matthew called ahead, arrived shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable and exceptionally personable. He carefully explained the issue and possible causes. Further, he advised me about what I should do if the problem arises again. In short, he inspired my confidence in his ability, and ensured, on my request, that I understood how the appliance works. Very pleased with the service.
