    Hot water tank replacement/service

    I had an older natural gas water heater replaced this morning by Morgan and Keith. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, polite and very professional. They went over and above to ensure that they left the area clean and dry. I would highly recommend Reliance and these two technicians.

    Service

    Came home from vacation to find no hot water in the house. Called first thing in the morning and a technician arrived early afternoon. John (111565) was fantastic. He was very courteous and efficient and communicated the situation very clearly. He had to come back, after picking up the new motor, to install it. He was clear on when I could expect the hot water to be back on, etc. The hot water is back on. Thanks!

    Above and Beyond Excellence in Customer Service

    I had the good fortune and as a customer the pleasure of having Saeed as my Reliance service technician. He was extremely polite professional and knowledgable and took extra time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. He treated me like I was the only customer he had (on a very very busy Saturday) for him and provided solutions and the best way to contact the correct department for the issues that I was having. Service provided from Saeed was above and beyond and he absolutely demonstrated excellence in Customer Service and represented Reliance extremely well. Thank you Saeed!

    Replaced furnace, air conditioner and installed humidifier

    Kristen was very professional and informative regarding the products we needed. she explained the rental and purchase options very clearly and was able to answer all our questions. The technicians and installers provided excellent service.

    Plumbing Protection Plus Plan

    I experienced a 1 1/2” ABC pipe leaks. When called the csr with the appointment that I wanted, the plumber showed up within the time range with courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. They showed the right adjustments and solutions to solve my problem. Andrew, Chris, John they are all good with a excellent working ethic. I’m very happy with their services and will recommend my friend to use their services as well

    Hot water tank

    Our hot water tank stopped working and a technician named Brandon came and did an analysis, pinpointed the problem, and found a solution. He was very thorough and super helpful!

    Bad service

    We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower.
