Derek Phung (Employee # 2393) he is a great guy.Very outgoing and knowledgeable about his profession.Answered many questions with in-depth knowledge.He did a good job and also was very interactive at the time.

Brent 1414 is a very capable service person and an excellent representative for your company. Brent cleaned the work area and double checked the repair before he left. All and all, a very good experience.

Install originaly sub contracted to seasons change heating + air and was incorectly installed resulting in the unit being ruined. called reliance yanch and they imediately sent someone to inspect and replace the unit and I am now very satisfied

I had 2 installers on a Friday PM. Brian and Ryan (2315 and 2313) These guys are customer satisfaction at its best, prompt professional and were very strong technically. I have a new and very positive insight on Reliance as a result of this experience where I was otherwise on the fence. Thanks Brian and Ryan! BTW, I now have 5 rentals with Reliance, these 2 guys secured my membership! Being a Director of Service, I understand customer satisfaction and fully appreciate firsthand how important it is to have individuals like this as part of your service organization. Nice job!

A very hot day and we decided to turn on the air for the first time this year and guess what? No air! I called around 3pm and was pleasantly surprised when she said Reliance could have someone out between 3 and 6 pm same day. Lee was out tech and he was very pleasant. He had to leave and come back with a part but did so and we were up and running by 7:30. Great service! Thank you so much. No one can tell me the price I pay for the insurance is not worth every penny!

Derek (Employee #2393) was a friendly, knowledgeable service person who cleaned our air conditioner very well. He came on time and took the time to do his work with excellence. Paul W. checked and cleaned our furnace and A/C on May 4th, 2013. He phoned first to ensure we were home, arrived on-time, was friendly and polite. As first-time homeowners we had many questions and he answered everything honestly and completely. We were very pleased!

Had the pleasure of spending a day with installers Chris Z and Kory C. Super knowledgeable, clean, fast and fun. They were able to quickly sort out some issues that had not been explained to us during the sales process and make the necessary modifications quickly. Would highly recommend them and would most definitely give them both gold stars :)

As part of my service contract the inspection was very thorough and certain adjustments made. Service Rep Sara Harrison was very pleasant and explained everything to me. TERRIFIC!!!! Very satisfied.
