    new furnace and c/a

    Beth the sales rep was awesome, she worked around our busy schedule and had great information on all our options. She made choosing what was right for us easy. We only needed a new c/a but we knew our furnace was old and might go any time too. We got great friendly customer service. The install team was on time and finished just when they said they would. Choosing reliance was the easiest home decision we made

    Service

    Gary Mitchell the service tech was very efficient and courteous. He fixed the problem right away. Thanks again for arriving so quickly ! I would not hesitate in recommending him for any other service issue!

    central air

    Very pleased with the install, unit and definitly with the installers, Luc and Dan. No complaints. Installers were neat, efficient, friendly and knowledgable. Don't let these guys go. Thank you very much Reliance.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Furnace, AC and Tankless Water Heater

    We recently had Dean Timpany from Reliance come out regarding a new furnace and AC. We were also interested in a tankless Water heater. Dean was very informative and answered all of our questions and moved forward with are new system. We would recommend Dean to anyone looking to replace their system

    "heating and cooling" and water heating

    John was very knowledgeable on the products and sugguested the best product for my wife needs. Was on time for the appointment. Set a great timeline for the job to be done. John called the next day to see if any problems.

    Water heater rental

    Over the last six years of dealing with reliance as a customer I've had a couple of different contractors in my house to deal with my water heater. The guys at Delta heating and cooling have by far been the best experience yet. Rob the service tech was on-time, polite and very mindful of my new white carpet with his boot covers in hand when he arrived. After showing him to the water heater he came back up-stairs a half hour later with it fixed good as new. He also brought to my attention that my humidifier was still on from the winter and that it was bad for it and the a/c to be running at the same time. Thanks to Rob and Delta heating and cooling for a job well done and are welcome in my home anytime!

    hot water tank

    I switched to Reliance from another company. For two years I have been double billed as they did not cancel the other account and the company is not very helpful. The blame was placed on a "contract installer" who did not submit paperwork. I provided verbal information on the phone to the call center. I estimate that I have paid approximately $400 in double charges since they installed my hot water tank. I will be changing to another company.

    Air conditioning maintenance check

    Thanks to Brent G. from St. Thomas. He arrived within the promised time frame. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing as part of the maintenance check, and gave me tips on how to save energy costs.

    Hot water tank problem

    JAMES IN ST. THOMAS Problem... Very low pressure in Hot water lines. Called Reliance @ 11.00 P.M. Was advised tech would call by 5.00 P.M. Tech #1502, Steve D. arrived @ 3.00 P.M. Identified problem; Had required parts to repair and fixed problem with tank, cleaned up area and gone by 3.30 P.M. VERY;VERY;VERY SATISFIED With service provided by Reliance WOULD USE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. THANKS Jim
