JAMES IN ST. THOMAS Problem... Very low pressure in Hot water lines. Called Reliance @ 11.00 P.M. Was advised tech would call by 5.00 P.M. Tech #1502, Steve D. arrived @ 3.00 P.M. Identified problem; Had required parts to repair and fixed problem with tank, cleaned up area and gone by 3.30 P.M. VERY;VERY;VERY SATISFIED With service provided by Reliance WOULD USE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. THANKS Jim

John Bielas was very professional. He explained the features and benefits very clearly. He answered all of our questions and concerns. Provided excellent information concerning monthly savings and government programs. He compared our monthly bllls for gas and hydro and showed us how we can save money by changing our equipment. He took the time to explain the difference between owning the equipment and renting it. This made it easier for us to make our decision. I would highly recommend John to my family and friends.

Tom Gianitsopulos visited my home to examine my furnace and air conditioner to determine the efficiency of service I was geting. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and informative. Service was commendable.

The installers were prompt, courteous and friendly. They worked steadily and explained what needed to be done each step of the way. Reliance Home Comfort Protection Plan Rocks! Derek Phung (employee # 2393) from Reliance spent 1.5 hours maintaining my furnace, a/c and water heater! I have had maintenance service done by other companies in the past, but never like this. Derek made my day by doing such a thorough cleaning and inspection and gave me confidence that I made the right choice in purchasing this protection plan. See you next year Derek!!!

I was having an issue with my C/A on Monday so I called Reliance as I'm enrolled in their home care program. They sent a tech out the same day to assess the problem, were able to have a part delivered and installed the next day, all while being polite and informative. Excellent service.

Jesse McLean is an excellent sales representative. He provides extreme knowledge and expertise with no sales pressure tactics. We had a replacement furnace and AC unit installed Friday, June 14. The installers were prompt and courteous and the job was completed in a very reasonable time. Reliance gets an A++ with our family!

Noticed a small leak in our rental water heater, called for service & they came within the week. Was not impressed that we had to cover the cost of new piping but everything else was very good. The 3 boys that came to replace it were very professional & helpful. Answered all of my questions & gave us suggestions to save money. We were very pleased all in all.

Our air conditioner had stopped working on Sunday afternoon. When we called Reliance on Monday they had a service man here within 2 hours. He was able to determine where the leak was, order the part for us and informed us that the part would be delivered to our house on Monday or Tuesday. After receiving the part we were to phone Reliance and arrange the completion of the repair. Tuesday morning we called and in the afternoon Jason came over and completed the repair. He was professional and told us what he was doing, how long it would take. We now have a working air conditioner and are very pleased with the service from Reliance and from Jason. The best part of this transaction is that the cost was covered under the Protection Plan that we have with Reliance. Thank you Jason, thank you Reliance.

This is the 3rd time Flan Air came to our home to fix an issue with our hot water heater. All 3 time "Steve" was the service technician, and he is a true PRO! He is what makes a good company a great company and why I will never call anyone else. Keep up the great work Flan Air!
