    Central air

    Joe was a great sales rep. Haven't had heat on. Have not had air on yet but looking forward to it. Furnace has been working since repair was done. Follow up with joe was great. A pleasure to work with.

    AC & Furnace install

    I was very satisfied with the sales and installation process. I was given all necessary information and great efforts were made to satisfy my time schedule. Installers were courteous and efficient.

    Water Heater

    John 1485 repaired our hot water heater. He was very polite, clean, quick, courteous and very informative. If I had a company he would be my model employee. Great work.

    Water Heater problem

    We have a connected water heater / forced air furnace system that very few people seem to understand. We were not getting hot water unless the furnace was running, which is not good in May, so called Reliance, who have the maintenance contract. Joe from Flan Air was dispatched to investigate and, rather than jumping in and doing something immediately, looked and thought for a few minutes to figure out the likely cause of the problem. His analysis was excellent, he was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and, although the problem needs a plumber to finally resolve, he was able to give us a workaround that will keep us happy through the summer and make the plumber less urgent. We're very pleased. I should add that we've sometimes had technicians sent who really did not understand this system, so it was good to find someone who could think it through in a systematic way.

    furnace/central air

    I had great service from all the people at reliance in installing my furnace/central air dean timpani was great help in setting me up with the right unit for my family comfort thanks to all that were part of this.

    Furnace, UV filter, AC and HRV

    We had a new furnace, uv filter, air conditioner and air exchanger installed today by Dan, Chris and Kory from the Sudbury office. Their service was impecable! They were very courteous and they answered all our questions. They took their time to make sure that everything was to our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new furnace or AC.

    Furance

    The furnace was having trouble and the techs arrived and started to look they quickly determined there was a major problem. They ordered the parts and we waited. They got the parts in a week and installed them as soon as they arrived. They would have completed it sooner if the parts were available. They did all they could and the repair was excellent.

    AC Repair

    I just had Joe from FlanAir come into my home to fix my AC that was not cooling. His service was excellent, quickly realized what the problem was and took the necessary steps to repair it. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely recommend his services!

    Furnace, A/C, Water heater replacement

    I called Reliance to investigate the smell of gas at my water heater. Seems the vent pipe installed originally (now out of code) had failed and the water heater was red tagged. We needed the new code-approved vent pipe installed. When Reliance came to my home they also noticed the furnace vent pipe (also now out of code) was compromised, red-flagged that and explained that venting also needed replacement. All at my cost. We discussed the condition of my furnace, A/C, and water heater and a price was agreed upon to replace all three with new venting (all are 13 years old). Not what I originally had in mind! Thankfully, the cost will all be deferred for one year and I will not be charged for the venting or the new water heater (thanks, Mario!). Kory, Rob, and Ryan were professional, courteous, and expedient. Kory was extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, and explained everything to my complete satisfaction. The deferred payment plan allows my fiancé and I to afford a completely new system while paying for our wedding that is coming up in the next few months. I highly recommend Reliance and their sub-contractors. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship. Thanks guys! Scott.

    new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater

    We met with your salesman John Bielas I.D.# 5209 and were very impressed with his product knowledge and sales skills. He pursuaded us to purchase a new furnace,air conditioner and tankless water heater.
