In January of 2013 I had the pleasure of meeting Murray Stark of Reliance Home Comfort, London ON office. I was in the market for a new furnace. Murray guided me through the entire process in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner. My furnace just stopped working a day ago, a tech named Mike McIsaac arrived promptly this afternoon, extremely courteous, fixed the part very quickly, I was extremely impressed with such great service!

The service man arrived promptly at 1:00PM. After putting down a 'runner" on the stairs, he proceeded with replacing the water heater. His name is Mike Rutherford(#2296) We found him to be very courteous and efficient.

I awoke one morning to no heat. I called Reliance and they called Seasons Change to make arrangements to resolve the issue. Within a few short hours our furnace was up and running again. The technicain explained what part had failed and what the cost would have been had I not had the protection plan with Reliance. The service was great...all the people at Seasons Change are awesome!

Adam.. reliance technician serviced my a/c recently with great care. He spent over 1hr cleaning my very plugged A/C which will eventally save me lots on my energy bill. Good work Adam #6707

My wife and I found Joe Eckert at Reliance to be very informative and helpful in helping us purchase the right furnace and air conditioner for our needs as well as walking us through the best purchase options available to us.

I had issues with my air conditioning. Joe D'Onofrio was very knowledgeable about the issue and the equipment. He was very helpful. The problem is now fixed and I will know what to do in the future also.

Joe, our salesman was very knowledgable of the services and products that Reliance Home Comfort provides. He answered our questions and gave us suggestions on where the best place for the new a/c should go. The technicians also showed the same quality of service and the installation was very quick and went without a hitch. We have already recommended Reliance to a couple of our friends.
