We've always counted on Reliance for great service and well informed, no pressure sales. Roy Ervin arrived in a timely fashion, was personable, covered his shoes to protect my floors! and after servicing the furnace explained what had been done and the overall condition of my furnace. Roy explained the service plans as I was interested, & helped me decide on the best plan for us. Knowledge and impute without the pressure some companies exert. I've always expected quality service from Reliance & that is what I received. Thanks!

My furnace just stopped working a day ago, a tech named Mike McIsaac arrived promptly this afternoon, extremely courteous, fixed the part very quickly, I was extremely impressed with such great service!

The service man arrived promptly at 1:00PM. After putting down a 'runner" on the stairs, he proceeded with replacing the water heater. His name is Mike Rutherford(#2296) We found him to be very courteous and efficient.

I awoke one morning to no heat. I called Reliance and they called Seasons Change to make arrangements to resolve the issue. Within a few short hours our furnace was up and running again. The technicain explained what part had failed and what the cost would have been had I not had the protection plan with Reliance. The service was great...all the people at Seasons Change are awesome!

Adam.. reliance technician serviced my a/c recently with great care. He spent over 1hr cleaning my very plugged A/C which will eventally save me lots on my energy bill. Good work Adam #6707

My wife and I found Joe Eckert at Reliance to be very informative and helpful in helping us purchase the right furnace and air conditioner for our needs as well as walking us through the best purchase options available to us.

I had issues with my air conditioning. Joe D'Onofrio was very knowledgeable about the issue and the equipment. He was very helpful. The problem is now fixed and I will know what to do in the future also.

Technician Joe D'Onofrio quickly made the diagnosis and fixed the problem, also gave me good advice on how to avoid it in the future. Overall great service, very knowledgeable. Arrived on agreed time. Great experience!
