    Water heater

    Excellent service received today from Navreet today thanks to him we finally have hot water after going 24hrs without any!!

    Reliance Technician - Jim

    I called Reliance to come and check out a leak near my furnace. Jim explained to me what the issue was and re-routed the drain house. He also checked my furnace filter and was kind enough to change it. Jim is knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Jim!

    Annual Maintenance

    Fadi was my service technician. He arrived on time and was very professional; he took his time and made sure everything worked properly. He replaced my humidifier , changed my air filter, and did an annual maintenance check. Great service!

    Plumbing Issue

    I had plumber Ross come in to replace a mixing valve. He took his time and made sure the job he was doing was up to par. He was not happy about how a small part was previously installed and was sure to replace and install it properly. Thank you Ross for your professionalism!

    Furnace new part

    The technician, Asad, was efficient and polite. He diagnosed our problem, ordered the new part and returned to install it.

    Plumbing repair

    I found the faucet of shower leaking and called reliance. They send Technician (Peter). It was very difficult to remove the faucet cartridge but he managed to remove it and inserted the new one. Another issue was drain blocked for bathroom sink and that also fixed by Peter. I was having plumbing plan, so did not played anything for the service. The technician Peter was polite and sincere and completed all work up to my 100% satisfaction. I recommend reliance plumbing protection plan to everyone

    Ryan is the best

    Ryan is an expert in hot water tanks He sorted all problems with my hot water. He is brilliant!!!!!! The best!!!!

    Water heater technician Daniel

    Daniel the Reliance Tech, was sent to fix my water heater. He was amazing. He showed up on time, and repaired the water tank heater in very swift, clean and professional way. I'm very grateful for his service, I can give him 11 out of 10. He is a great technician. I pay the monthly plan to Reliance( 113 every 3 months water tank in rent)
