Dan and Chris were very professional, they installed a new furnace and mounted our air conditioner. They were both extremely nice and polite, they also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend these teo gentlemen to any one. Greats job guys

Noticed brown water coming out of the hot water tap in the tub that my mother was soaking in. I called the toll free # around 11am. Was told that the nearest timeslot that a technician could arrive was between 10am and 2pm. TODAY? Yes. I thought that I'd have plenty of time to run errands for Alzheimer's mama before the technician would call. Nope! Within an hour, I received a call from Amber indicating that she could be at the house in 10 minutes. I asked for 15. She was already in the driveway with her gear out when I got home. When we entered the house, I told not to bother taking her footgear off, but Amber said that she had to put booties on. WHAT? In Sudbury, technicians actually put booties on? WOW! I was impressed. Within 15 minutes, the problem was examined, and an installation date set for 2 days from now at a time that wouldn't require me to take time off work. Amber's professionalism and engaging personality have left an impression that may erase the negative experience I had in December with the tekkies from Lowe's that I booted out of the house! Amber, you're the best!

Old furnace (12 years old water furnace) found to be no good when our Reliance rep came to inspect our new home. Todd Downey is an excellent advisor. Johnny Welsh also is an excellent installer! We would recommend Reliance new furnace installation .,

Wally was on time.Service was more than satisfactory. Price was good.He was very informative about what he was servicing and did not ask for my assistance to turn the ac off or on. Thanks for the great service!!

As a Very Satisfied Reliance customer I just wanted to share our story...the water in our rental gas hot water tank filling the white bath tub came out brown and rusty...not a very pleasant feeling thinking you aren't clean!! We called Reliance and within the day the water in our Bath tub was sparkling again and clear!! The Service fellow was from Season's Change...in Gravenhurst. What Great Service!! Thanks Season's Change!! You are the Best!! Recommend you to everyone!! Being a Reliance Customer is a Good Thing!! The Service man told us to purchase a new tank would be about $1800...so the monthly fee is well worth investing in!

The sales rep, Zuzana, was very professional and helpful with regards to what I required. The installers were very courteous and proficient in installing the equipment. When they left the property was completely cleaned. I would highly recommend both Zuzana and Reliance to anyone who asks about heating and AC installations.

I called the same day the technician came his name is richard, he was very polite. not only was he professional in accessing the problem quickly, he was able to fix it right away. thanks richard you guys have great service!!

Very fast service, technician was out to my home whitin 1 hr of my call to reliance. He was a super nice guy, even my dogs loved him! He fixed our issue with the hot water tank very quickly. Excellent service*****10/10

My hot water heater was not working one day so I called Reliance and they promptly send out a technician Steve Scobrattee from Flan-Air. Not only was he professional in accessing the problem quickly, he was able to fix it right away. He also warned me that the water heater is on the way out in 2-3 years and he was right! Not only was he professional, he was kind to answer all the questions I have about water heater and gave me great advice. Couldn't ask for a better service.
