    Ted K #1646

    Ted did an excellent job cleaning my furnace and air conditioner for the yearly visit. He answered all of our questions while he worked. He provided us with the proper air cleaning filter as the one that we had was hard on the fan motor.He cleaned the mouse out of the air conditioner outside and gave advice on how to lengthen its life. In the long run he saved the company warranty issues by trouble shooting problems before they happened. thanks

    Water Heater

    My hot water heater had a leak, I called the hotline and they told me someone would call by 9am that day and by 8:40 they called and said they would be to my house by 11-2. They were here by 1pm and they were very polite and efficent and they even wiped my kitchen floor before they left. I was very impressed by how quickly they came to bring me a new tank!!!!! Very Happy with the service!!!!!!

    Furnace Install

    I am from Sudbury, ON and I had my furnace replaced today. My installers were Dan and Chris - they were absolutely fantastic. They were clean, organized, pleasant. They were great with my dog....answered my questions and provided me with contact info if I had any trouble. I was very pleased and felt confident that they had everything under control.

    Water Tank Rental

    I called Reliance to upgrade my hot water tank to a larger/more efficient one and they sent Dynasty Air Systems to do the installation on their behalf. They came out, assessed my home, and provided me a quote for the work... I was very pleased with how quickly they completed the installation and how smooth the whole process was. The technician Derek even introduced me to the protection plan for my furnace and air conditioning, which I signed up for on the spot - I would be pleased to have Dynasty Air service my equipment anytime, which is a big reason I ultimately chose to go with Reliance for my water heater and for their protection plan.

    water heater

    I have my own waterheater it's been giving problem. We decided to go with rental instead of fixing the tank we called a few companies to find out who can give us a new water tank right away.Reliance promised us within 24hrs we would have a new water tank installed, so I hung up the phone to find a new voice mail within my system from Delta heating and cooling; stating that they could install in 4hrs, then I called them to confrim the appt within 3hrs from my original call, I had my new water tank installed and running. What a great service from Reliance and Delta and i would only recommend Reliance and Delta to my friends and family. Great job cheers!!!

    Heating service call under maintenance contract

    We had no heat and only cold air blowing from the furnace. Its a unique system where the hot water heater pumps hot water to a radiator in the furnace and we've found that not many service companies are competent with these systems. CAS (Canadian Air Systems) was assigned our call by Reliance. Jon Cefai performed the service and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They are experts with our Air Handler type of system. He was courteous, arrived on time as prearranged, very professional and efficient. He worked quietly, quickly and left everything clean and how it was. It was a pleasure to work with Jon and I would highly recommend CAS to anyone, especially those with the Air Handler System. I will recommend to our Condo board that everyone (we all have this unique system) request CAS when they place a service call with Reliance. Ted and Anna Manor

    Hot Water Heater

    Daryl, Emp # 2109. Very polite, clean and efficient. Called before he arrived; first visit of the morning. Took 2 minutes to diagnose the problem (dead water heater) and explained how he knew. Daryl removed the old heater and installed a new in under an hour, as he estimated, with minimal disruption to our household. That said I'm not giving five stars because, in my opinion, the company itself needs to adjust its attitude. Not being able to provide emergency service the same day (I called first thing in the morning) is a no-go in my books. Had I been an older person or someone less experienced I might not have known what to do to limit the damage done by a catastrophic water leak. It was also difficult to find the service phone number which was buried 3 pages deep in their website. The sales number was prominently displayed on the home page but did not include an option for emergency service, that I could find. It should have been the very first option. In my opinion that shows the company to be more concerned about sales than customer service. That said there service technician was exemplary and deserves full credit for the rating I am giving.

    installation of furnace and a/c

    We were originally disappointed with the original installers who replaced our furnace - they left the area with incomplete work and with debris behind. Their work was reviewed by management who noticed errors in the installation. Management recified the problems by sending different installers to correct and to install the a/c unit (which wasn't installed on the first visit due to winter conditions). We were VERY pleased with Dan R. and Chris Z., the second set of installers. They were friendly, yet professional and made sure we were satisfied. Management also dropped by to make sure all was completed properly. We all make mistakes and I am very pleased with Reliance's service in openly recitifying and correcting the service issue. Highly recommended.

    furnace

    Our very old furnace recently stopped working and we decided replacing it with a new energy efficient furnace was probably a wise choice. We called Reliance about the furnace replacement and were put in touch with Reliance's partner, Canadian Air Systems. Their technician, Damon, arrived promptly the next day and advised us on the available options. The new furnace was delivered not long after and Damon installed it in a matter of hours. Very impressed by the promptness and professionalism of Reliance and Canadian Air Systems.

    How Water Tank

    Reliance were here promptly and their technician "James" was terrific to deal with. He was polite, courtesy and very professional. He put shoe covers on his feet so my home wouldn't get dirty and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what was fixed. No charge as I rent the water heater. Very satisfied with my service and service technician!!!!
