    Water Heater Repair

    Our water heater started leaking a few days ago and Reliance sent Dynasty Air Systems to repair the unit. Their technician Derek assessed the water heater and decided that the only option for us would be to replace it. He called the Dynasty office right away and they arranged to have another team of installers come back the same day! Within a few hours of our call to Reliance we had our brand new tank up and running. A great experience - I would definitely recommend Dynasty/Reliance. Many thanks to Mike & Adam (Installers) and Derek from Dynasty for all the help through this process.

    New A/C

    The installers whom came into our home were very professional and funny all at the same time (Dan & Kory). When they first came they had the wrong A/C unit, but that was no problem as they came back two days later and installed in the pouring rain with no hesitations!

    furnace

    Even though it’s April, things are still chilly in Canada, so when our furnace stopped working a few days ago I contacted Reliance Home Comfort after finding them online. They set me up with their sub-contractor, Canadian Air Systems. I anticipated that we would need a brand new furnace; however, Fred from Canadian Air was extremely professional, thorough and had our furnace working again in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend the services of both Canadian Air and Reliance as they saved us thousands of dollars!

    AC maintenance

    The service provided today was great. The technician Adam was very polite and most helpful. He called 10 minutes prior to arriving to confirm and then was on time, and very professional.

    New furnace and A/C unit

    We met with Glen Greenway, a home comfort advisor, and he was absolutely fantastic. We explored all options as we had an old furnace with no A/C. Glen found us the unit that best met our needs for a wonderful price - we are telling everyone we know!

    Service

    Had my yearly maintenance completed. Was able to get service on the same day that I called. Unit was cleaned & checked. Very nice Tech did a good job. I was very pleased with the service I received. Got a call back very quickly to schedule the A/C check. Must wait for some warmer temps to get proper readings.Would recommend as all service over the past 10 years has been great.

    Furnace & AC install

    Awesome service. Prompt arrival and very professional. Jesse McLean is our rep and was very thorough with his explanation on our savings and options. The instalation was very smooth, arrived at 8AM and was finished by 1 PM. Jesse followed up promply to make sure the instal went well. Everything seems to be working well and with the humidifier our cold, dry days (not many left until spring) will not be so dry. Thanks and I will recommend Reliance to my Family and friends.

    Replacement Furnace and New A/C

    My furnace was over 20 years old and getting very expensive to run. Time for a new one along with adding Central Air. After talking to a number of companies, I chose Reliance because the Sales Consultant Joe was punctual, knew his products, price plans etc., very thorough about his explanations and very patient with my questions. The installing technicians were polite, on time - they even called when they were on their way - and were very efficient. Even when we had an issue getting the new furnace to fit my weird spot, they were great about explaining it to me. I was upgraded to a higher quality furnace that fit the space better at no additional cost. They chose the best spot for the A/C and took care of all the details with no disruption to my day. All the paperwork was handled effectively, cancelling a different account and applying for rebates without me having to worry about them. I definitely recommend this company.

    Project

    New hot water heater upgrade. They were in and out in about 3 hours. The service was prompt, and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. Mike (1561) is an excellent service rep.
