    Hot water Tank

    I recently had a problem with my hot water tank, the issue was no hot water. This occurred on a Wednesday morning. I called for service around 8:00am to explain my problem. By about noon the same day, a technician was at my home and had fixed the problem. The tech was friendly and quick to finish and his dispatch (Lorraine) was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Arctica Mechanical Services for the great service.

    Service

    My hot water heater was not working because the thermocouple was broken. The tech. (Wally #0480) was suppose to come somewhere between 10:00 and 2:00pm. He arrived at 10:00am sharp and was so considerate and fixed my problem in 10 to 15min saving me the whole day. It works perfect.

    Service

    Sunday our water heater stopped functioning. Monday morning I telephoned Reliance service, The operator was very helpful in scheduling a service technician. The operator provided a time window that the technician would be available. The technician (Jason # 3172) telephoned me at my office, I explained I would meet him within 20 minutes. I arrived at my house the technician was parked outside waiting. The technician asked what the problem with the water heater. I explained the problem and he stated I go my truck to get the component to complete the service. Jason proceed directly to the water heater and started to complete the replacement of the component. Jason was very informative explaining the repairs and answered all my questions. The water heater is working good as the first day it was installed. Thank you.

    furnace and air conditioner

    I am very happy with Reliance Home Comfort. The installers were very helpful, tidy,polite,on time Rodney the sales person explained everything to me and followed up with me during and after the installation. My furnace had totally stopped and it was installed a day later. Rodney even offered to help me with heat until they arrived. To date the furnace is running very very well and I am sure when the weather gets warm my air conditioner will also run great.

    replace gas valve 64021

    The technician Steve came in from Flan Air was very punctual and very professional. He explained what the problem was and repaired it with ease. I highly recommend Steve with his professional customer service.

    smart air 1000

    Woke up Monday morning my furnace was finished , On Tuesday I had a new one put in by Chris Z . He did a great job, and was finished in no time. He was kind, courtious, respectful of my property and very clean worker. He was very punctual. We are very satisfied with the job he did and would recommend his work to anyone .

    replave hot water heater

    water heater died at 7;00 AM reliance worker was here by 10 (Ron C #1065) he was very pleasant and professional had old tank out and new one in no time will recommend reliance anytime

    central air

    The guys were right on time when they said they would be phoned as they were leaving shop. They were clean and did a great job keep up the good work Luc and Kory. I would recommend reliance to everyone once again great job.

    water tank

    Experienced intermittent hot water from my 15 year old tank. Called number on the tank and within minutes of hanging up I got a call from GO Heating...wow. They had a technician to me the same afternoon and Glen was so pleasant as he showed me how he fixed the gas valve. Very impressive and I'd gladly recommend Reliance to all my friends and neighbours! Thanks again. AJ.

    Water heater

    Water heater broke Good Friday late,Reliance was contacted immediately. We followed up Sat 2 times & Sun 3 times. Mon. morning a man from Reliance showed up 7:30am told us we need new heater already new that. New one would be installed by 11am. Received phone call from Reliance need new contract she said she would fax over right away after 1 hour I called she said she sent it but I didn't get it she repeated the fax number it was correct. Finally received it and sent back the signed contract. She said a tech should be there by 5pm I gave her a phone number to call if Reliance was not here by 4pm because I had to leave the office by 4pm. I called Grant the person they were to call and told him I was leaving the office now so he came and sat and waited. While sitting in the office the phone rang it was Reliance they were given a mobile number to call after 4pm but they called the office which was closed lucky Grant was sitting here waiting for them, finally around 7pm we got our heater installed. Our tenants upstairs had to go without hot water all weekend which is unacceptable. I have never received such poor service from a company who advertises 24/7 service. I hope whoever took the original call gets some training on how to deal with emergencies. I hope Reliance will compensate us for all our troubles it might make us feel a little better but I am not holding my breath for that.
