just wanted to let people know that when i called Reliance about my water tank leaking,the call center was great to me and i had a call from Arctica (a Reliance dealer). in about 1 hour and they showed up that same day about 2 hours later .great service

Dave A was the service attendant who came and repaired my furnace. He called before and gave me a time when he would arrive. He was right on time. He as very professional in his manner and respect for my home. He explained what he was doing and what was wrong with my furnace. He had to go and purchase the new motor and returned to put it in. I am most impressed with his ability to quickly fix the furnace and explain everything to me. Great job, Dave, and you are an asset to Reliance Home Comfort Company. Keep up the good work.

Called Reliance because my hot water tank started to leak. The contractor for our area called within 30 minutes. Installers were there about 2 hours later. Installed the new tank, took away the old one and cleaned up after themselves. The two installers did a very professional job and were very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Reliance and Arctica.

Mike Zevallos from the Brampton Office came and gave an information session to us in Oshawa.He showed us 3 different types ( strengths) of furnaces,air conditioners. He also discussed a hot water tank rental.He told us all costs to rent.The benefits of having them do the maintenance change the filters.As a home owner who has had furnace issues in the past this kind of coverage gives us piece of mind knowing everything is looked after by professionals.They were installing a furnace,air conditioner and hot water tank and it was a rainy slushy Feb day.There were 2 gentlemen who showed up and covered all surfaces with runners so they would not make a mess while taking out the old appliances and bringing in the new ones. They worked efficiently and as a team to make the change over as fast as possible. They showed me how to program the new thermostat.They also showed me how to change the water temperature on my hot water heater incase i wanted or needed too. When they left they took all the old appliances,boxes and anything else that was rubbish so we had no trace of any work that had been done and we didnt have to dispose of anything. They also returned the hot water tank to the previous company that we had rented it from. This was all accomplished in 1 day.

I had an issue with my water tank.Through Reliance Home Comfort, Canadian Heating And Airconditioning came the rescue. The technician spoke with me. He took the time to explain my repair to me. He was very funny and he was on time (in a snowstorm)! I've never had hot water properly and boy was I surprised that there is hot water out there like that. I definitely will call them again (hoping not to have too much of a problem in the future), but I now know where to go. Thank you again for the great service.

We just had a gas furnace/ac installed. Advisor Todd Downey came in and in a professional and friendly manner, discussed and explained options to us. This was early in the week. On Friday of the same week we told Todd that we would proceed with the installation. He asked if the following Monday would be good. (three days-surprise). The installers John and Louie came on Monday, and discovered a glitch that put the installation back to Wednesday, when they installed the equipment in a very professional and timely manner. I have nothing but praise for the way this job was done. A few days after the job, interference was noticed on our kitchen radio. This only occurred when the equipment was connected. This was confirmed by a tech who came to investigate. I did not get his name. This is an unusual problem, he is consulting others at Reliance for a solution. Reliance has done and is doing a great job. Thanks guys. Bob Wood

I have the new warranty service from Reliance which includes maintenance. So I decided to call to have the furnace cleaned which has not been done since it was installed 10 years ago...Amber I believe was the technicians name was awesome. She was very efficient and kind!!! I would have no problem recommenting Reliance at all!!!

I would definitely recommend Reliance Home Comfort for all your furnace, a/c and water tank needs. I had a very good experience with this company especially Rodney and Frank from the Brampton office. They were honest and helpful and always available to answer questions or make suggestions. They gave us all our options and advised which would be the best based on our needs. I now have peace of mind that l have full coverage and representatives to call for immediate action. Thank you for the great service!!

Water heater stopped working after 18 months. Ian from Go Heating showed up on time and ended up replacing the unit when it became clear that repair would not guarantee hot water

I am very happy with the quality and proffessinalism of technican Dave A. He came this morning to my house to fix a problem on my water heater, he was so kind and helpful and answered my all questions. Actually I am very happy with the service I am getting from reliance.
