    furnace cleaning

    was contacted by reliance home comfort on Friday January 18th for a furnace review, declined review but requested cleaning of existing system. appointment was set up for that day and Adam the service technician showed up within the hour. Adam performed a complete system clean in a quick proffesional way. Would reccomend this company with no hesitation

    Water tank

    Amazing company to deal with. Very fast and reliable service. I got and alarm system from a dealer for reliance and was also very have with their service. Very professional and good service. Had the water tank installed and done with leads than an hour. thank you Reliance.

    rental furnace

    I called Reliance about my hot water heater, a technician named Jon from Canadian Air Systems arrived to my home to assess the issue. After he addressed all my concerns about my hot water heater, he advised me of upgrading our furnace to a more efficient unit. he also explained to me the reliance express program, i like the program and the details so thanks to his advice i signed up and i am now getting a top of the line furnace installed in my home. Thank you to Reliance home comfort and Canadian air systems for helping me with my home comfort requirements.

    moving pipe so my I can access my furnace filter

    Joey D I.D # 0977 was the reliance worker that came to do service to our water tank today. I can not express the professionalism Joey put forth while at work today. Not only did he complete the work that we needed done but he perfected the work that was previously done and all in a timely fashion. I Could not be happier with the job that was done today and can only hope in the future our service will be equal to Joey's performance.

    Water Heater

    Had a few questions about my water heater when I moved into my new place. The heater had been installed by a different company, which had since been bought out by Reliance. Reliance's customer service was polite and helpful, and the repairs were quick and well-priced.

    heating furnace maintenance

    for my heating furnace tuneup I contacted reliance home comfort. Adam & Kevin came on schedule time and introduce them with a smile and the first thing they did was put a sleppers on their shoes. they completed the required tuneup with great dedication. I was impressed with their professional and great customer service style. I would highly recommend them and I am very pleased with the service I recieved

    Service of rented hot water heaterr

    As my rented hot water heater is now over 11 years old, I was concerned that it should be maintained regularly to reduce the risk of leaks. Reliance Home Comfort listened to my concerns and promptly sent Barry Greer to inspect my water heater, conduct routine maintenance and answer my questions. Barry's competence, professionalism and customer support ethic was outstanding -- the best I have seen in long time from any business.     Service on furnace

    We have an annual contract with Reliance to service our furnace. We used to have one with another provider, but Reliance was way cheaper. They have always been prompt and efficient with the annual maintenance. Recently, we had a problem. The furnace was functioning, but it was acting up and the outside temp was close to zero. Reliance's bad: I was told the repair tech would be by the next afternoon. Yikes, we could be frozen by then if the furnace packed it in (Reliance latter apologised, saying that that should not have happened). I called another company that came right away. He figured that it was the board, but did not have any and, as our model has been out of production for 10 to 15 years, he said that they would be hard to find. The next day, the Reliance Tech showed up, agreed that it could be the board, of which he had TWO in his truck! This seemed to fix the furnace, but we decided to replace it as part would be hard to find and it still sounded a little wonky. We had Reliance and another provider quote. The sales rep was great and she had the lower price, but we decided to go with another provider as we could purchase through Costco and get mega Costco $. But Reliance was great. Would recommend them.

    Service on Electric Water Heater

    I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding performance supplied by your representative, Dan Healey, on the installation of an electric hot water tank in my home. The install was carried out quickly and in a professional manner with little disruption. I will also like to thank Dan Healey for going the extra mile and finding a well company to fix my well which other installing company (National Home Service) managed to render inoperable. The well company (water man) also was very professional and coordinated their efforts with Mr. Healey in finishing the job and giving me my well back and completing their efforts with a successful installation.     Replace Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We had our furnace and air conditioner installed August 2011. We rented the furnace and a/c units until just recently and then paid off the outstanding amount. A week later we had no heat in the house. We contacted customer service to explain the problem and I was told there would be nobody available the evening of Friday January 11th because everyone of the service folks were tied. up. I decided to contact my sales rep (Amy Anderer) to tell the story i just heard from customer service. She understood i was very upset and she responded that she would see what she could do. Less than an hour later we got a phone call from a Service supervisor that there would be some one coming to the house on the Friday night to repair the problem within an hour and they did arrive on schedule and corrected the problem. the point of this story is that Amy Anderer took the time from her Friday night to see if she could help. if you were to ask me if i would buy from Reliance again, I may suggest that of course I would if i could deal with a Professional like Amy. If you are intending to talk to Amy you ask what she had to do to get the deal, get the deal approved and ensure the installation was done in 48 hours or the deal was off.
